Music video
Three music videos were released for this album. The first being "서커스Circus", then "죽도록사랑해 (Love You Even When I Die)" and "미치겠어 (Feel Crazy)".
"서커스" ("Circus")
The music video for "서커스" ("Circus") features rapper Park Jang Geun and two young boys who performed with MC Mong during most of his performances for "서커스" ("Circus").
In the beginning of the music video, Noh Hong-cheol makes a cameo appearance as a master of ceremonies (MC) and introduces MC Mong. Behind the curtains, MC Mong is nervously waiting in a waiting room for a circus show. Next, rappers Inati, Dayday and Dari of Dalmatian (pre-debut) come out of a silver car and enter into the waiting room with a surprise. MC Mong gets up from the chair and allows them to sit while he stands. Next, MC Mong leaves the waiting room where he starts singing on stage for his first broadcast. In the waiting room, Dalmatian's rapping line starts pointing and laughing at MC Mong. After that, MC Mong is seen with a bouquet of flowers with many paparazzi taking pictures of him for winning the popularity award. After becoming popular, the next scene shows MC Mong and a girl being caught in a car by the paparazzi. He then holds a press conference to explain the situation. Next, he becomes famous and re-enters the same waiting room in the beginning of the scene where he "shoos" off the three members of Dalmatian and sits in their place. Noh Hong-cheol re-appears at the end saying "Did it bring you tears". As the camera zooms out, MC Mong stares into the TV that Noh Hong-cheol was in with a straight face. Lastly, he turns off the television set, which ends with his stage name and the name of the track ("Circus") in bright, lively colors.
"죽도록사랑해" ("Love You Even When I Die")
At the beginning of the video, it features South Korean citizens saying "I Love You" to their loved ones. For the rest of the music video, it is a compilation of clips of MC Mong's concerts, clips of him and Lena Park in the recording studio producing the song "죽도록사랑해" ("Love You Even When I Die") with fellow friends and producers, and behind the scenes of his fourth album jacket with a message at the end of the music video thanking the fans and wishing them the best.
"미치겠어" ("Feel Crazy")
The music video for "미치겠어" ("Feel Crazy") features MC Mong's manager, Lee Heon-suk, male duo M.A.C and also rapper Park Jang Geun and actress Park Ye-jin.
The music video starts off with MC Mong getting out of a black convertible presenting Park Ye-jin a bouquet of flowers which she tosses in the air and then leaves. He then returns to his car touching a panel screen where scenes of him dancing and other scenes take place. In the end, Park Ye Jin falls for MC Mong. In the last couple seconds of the music video, the video was unedited where you could see rapper Park Jang Geun leaving the set while MC Mong lays down in the black background setting after dancing tiredly.
Response and chart recognition
Within a matter of weeks, mobile service providers such as KTF, SK Telecom, and LG Telecom said that there were about 30,000 downloads a day for MC Mong's songs from his fourth album, receiving almost 300,000 downloads within the first week. Among the downloads, not only "Circus" was doing well, but also other tracks like "Love You Even When I Die", "Cloud Nine", and "Beautiful Life" were popular downloads.
With the success of "Circus", the album was very successful and won him 5 weekly awards from KBS' Music Bank between April and May 2008. MC Mong also won the Digital Bonsang Award at the 23rd Golden Disk Awards for this album.
Shin Dong-hyun, better known by his stage name MC Mong, is a South Korean hip hop recording artist, record producer, radio personality, actor and television personality who is known for his comic disposition and his upbeat songs. He is one of the most commercially successful hip hop artists in Korea. He gained popularity in the early 2000s as an actor on the sitcom, Nonstop, before releasing his debut album, 180 Degree, in 2004. He was also a cast member of the variety show, 2 Days & 1 Night from 2007 to 2010. He was charged in 2010 with draft dodging, after which he was banned from appearing on major Korean broadcast networks. His 2014 comeback album, Miss Me Or Diss Me, topped music charts upon its release.
Empress Myeongseong is a 2001 and 2002 South Korean television series that aired on KBS2.
Ha Dong-hoon, better known by his stage name Haha (Korean: 하하), is a South Korean singer, rapper, variety show host and member of RGP. He is best known for being in the sitcom, Nonstop and for co-hosting two popular variety programs, MBC's Infinite Challenge and SBS's Running Man. He has also hosted his own show, titled "Ya Man TV" on Mnet in 2015.
Noh Hong-chul is a South Korean entertainer and entrepreneur. He is the co-host of the variety show Talents for Sale. He previously appeared on the television programs Infinite Challenge and I Live Alone. He had a cameo in the popular music video "Gangnam Style" which featured his trademark pelvic thrusting jeojil dance (저질댄스).
Hwang Jin Yi (Korean: 황진이) is a 2007 South Korean biographical drama film directed by Chang Yoon-hyun. Based on Hong Seok-jung's 2002 novel Hwangjini, the film is about the life of Hwang Jin-yi, the most famous courtesan in Korean history, starring Song Hye-kyo in the title role.
Taejo Wang Geon is a 2000 Korean historical period drama. Directed by Kim Jong-sun and starring Choi Soo-jong in the title role of King Taejo. The drama aired from April 1, 2000 to February 24, 2002 in a total of 200 episodes. In the scene dealing with the end of Gungye, it gained a lot of popularity, recording the highest viewership rating of 60.4% in the metropolitan area.
Nonstop (Korean: 논스톱) is a South Korean sitcom that broadcast its first season in 2000 on MBC. It continued with 5 more seasons. The series was popular for its cast of teen idols, many who debuted through the show gaining vast popularity.
Road No. 1 is a 2010 South Korean television series, starring So Ji-sub, Kim Ha-neul and Yoon Kye-sang. The story revolves around two young soldiers, the woman they both love, and the Korean war that tears all their lives apart. The drama's title, Road No. 1, refers to the route connecting Seoul to Pyongyang, the soldiers' long and brutal road of sacrifice and survival. It aired on MBC from July 23 to August 26, 2010 on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 21:55 for 20 episodes.
Jeong Jin-woon, most often credited as Jinwoon, is a South Korean singer and actor. Debuting as a member of the group 2AM in July 2008, he began his acting career in 2012 with the KBS series Dream High 2, playing Jin Yoo-jin.

DMTN, formerly Dalmatian (달마시안), was a South Korean boy band created and managed by MC Mong under Monkey Funch Entertainment. The original lineup consisted of Inati, Day Day, Donglim, Jeesu, Dari, and Daniel. Dalmatian released a 30-second music video teaser of their debut digital single "Round 1" on August 25, 2010. It was followed by the song and video's full release on September 1, 2010 and the group made their debut performance the following day on Mnet's music program M! Countdown.
Potato Star 2013QR3 is a South Korean television sitcom. It aired on tvN from September 23, 2013 to May 15, 2014 on Mondays to Thursdays at 20:50 for 120 episodes.
The Producers (Korean: 프로듀) is a 2015 South Korean comedy-drama television series written by Park Ji-eun, and directed by Seo Soo-min and Pyo Min-soo. It stars Cha Tae-hyun, Gong Hyo-jin, Kim Soo-hyun, and Lee Ji-eun. It aired on KBS2 from May 15 to June 20, 2015 every Friday and Saturday at 21:15 (KST) for 12 episodes.
"Dream" is a song recorded by South Korean singers Suzy and Baekhyun, members of K-pop groups miss A and Exo respectively. It was released digitally on January 7 and later physically on January 14, 2016 by Mystic Entertainment. Written by Kim Eana and composed by Park Geun-tae and Jin Suk Choi, the song was described as a R&B song with jazz and neo soul sounds and lyrics about a couple falling in love.
Strong Girl Bong-soon is a 2017 South Korean television series starring Park Bo-young in the title role as a woman with superhuman strength, with Park Hyung-sik and Ji Soo. It aired on JTBC from February 24 to April 15, 2017.
"Round 1" is the debut single by South Korean idol group Dalmatian. It was released on September 1, 2010, through IS Entermedia Group and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. The sextet was formed by rapper MC Mong and managed under his newly formed record label Monkey Funch. Inspired by music of the 1990s, the song is a dance track about the group members' aspirations.
The King of Tears, Lee Bang-won is a South Korean television series starring Joo Sang-wook in the title role. With this series, KBS is reviving the historical drama series after 5 years, as the last KBS historical series Jang Yeong-sil was aired in 2016. The series depicts the story of Yi Bang-won, the third king of Joseon, from a new perspective. It premiered on KBS1 December 11, 2021 and aired on Saturdays and Sundays at 21:40 (KST) till May 1, 2022.
Link: Eat, Love, Kill is a 2022 South Korean television series starring Yeo Jin-goo and Moon Ga-young. It aired on tvN from June 6 to July 26, 2022, every Monday and Tuesday at 22:30 (KST) for 16 episodes. It is also available for streaming on Disney+ in selected regions.
