Sigurd Grytten (born 9 September 1972) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party.

He served as a deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Hordaland during the term 19972001. From 2000 to 2001 he was a regular representative, covering for Olav Akselsen who was appointed to the first cabinet Stoltenberg. From 2001 to 2002 he was the leader of the Norwegian branch of the European Movement.

He served as co-ruler with his half-brothers, Inge Haraldsson and Eystein Haraldsson. His epithet Munn means "the Mouth" in Old Norse. He was killed in the power-struggle against his brother, Inge, in an early stage of the civil war era in Norway.

Åndalsnes  is a town in Rauma Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. Åndalsnes is in the administrative center of Rauma Municipality. It is located along the Isfjorden, at the mouth of the Rauma River, at the north end of the Romsdalen valley. Frode Grytten (born 11 December 1960 in Bergen, but grew up in Odda is a Norwegian writer and journalist. He is the author of the Brage Prize-winning novel Bikubesong, and other collections of short stories and poetry. His works have been translated into Swedish, Danish, Finnish, German, Dutch, French, English, Albanian, Croatian and Chinese.

Grytten is a former municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It existed from 1838 until its dissolution in 1964. The municipality encompassed the Romsdalen valley which follows the Rauma River from the Oppland county border to the inner part of the Romsdal Fjord at the town of Åndalsnes, as well as some smaller side valleys. The original municipality of Grytten was almost identical to the present-day Rauma Municipality, plus the southern part of Veøy Municipality. When Grytten ceased to exist in 1964, it had an overall area of 797 square kilometres (308 sq mi). The administrative centre was the village of Åndalsnes.

Ola Honningdal Grytten

Ola Honningdal Grytten is a Norwegian professor, economist and economic historian. Born in Gothenburg, Sweden, he graduated with a MSc in economics degree cand.oecon. degree and dr oecon degree from the Norwegian School of Economics. He also holds a Bachelor in Economic History and a Master in Financial Economics. Grytten is the author of more than 40 books and 150 research paoers in his field. . He has received several awards for excellent research and teaching. He has served as professor in several universities and adviser to central banks.

Sør-Fron Church

Sør-Fron Church is a parish church at Hundorp in Sør-Fron municipality, Norway. Because of size and central location in Gudbrandsdalen it has been nicknamed Gudbrandsdalen cathedral (Gudbrandsdalsdomen). The church has an octagonal plan and is laid out in a colorful baroque style. It is one of the few masonry rural churches from the 1700s in Norway, and its style and design was unusual or unique in Norway at the time of construction.

It is the church for the Grytten parish which is part of the Indre Romsdal prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Møre. The red, wooden church was built in an octagonal style in 1829 by the architect S.H. Aspaas, possibly using the Sør-Fron Church as a model. The church seats about 250 people.
