Sigve Endresen (born November 12, 1953 in Stavanger) is a producer and director of documentary films. [1] [2]
In 1998, Sigve Endresen received the Aamot statuette. [3] In 2009, Sigve Endresen and Brede Hovland jointly received the Kanon Award in the Best Producer category for their work on the film North . [4] In 2021, he co-directed the documentary Generasjon Utøya which focused on the experiences of survivors of the Utøya massacre. The film was awarded the Human prize and was nominated for the Amanda award 2021 in the category best Norwegian cinema film and best documentary film. [5] [6]
Endresen founded the production company Motlys, which has been operational for over four decades. [7]
DumDum Boys are a Norwegian rock band from Trondheim, formed in 1979 and originally known as Wannskrækk. The band is one of the most successful Norwegian rock acts of all time, and are considered one of the "big four" bands who popularized modern rock with Norwegian lyrics in the 1980s alongside Jokke & Valentinerne, Raga Rockers and DeLillos.
The Amanda Award is an award given annually at the Norwegian International Film Festival in Haugesund, Norway, to promote and improve Norwegian film. The award originated in 1985, and has since 2005 been exclusively a film award. Winners are awarded a trophy by the Norwegian sculptor Kristian Kvakland, and the name—and theme—of the sculpture comes from a legendary local woman from the 1920s. The award ceremony is marked every year by a major, nationally televised event.
Fosen is a traditional district in Trøndelag, consisting of the municipalities Osen, Roan, Åfjord, Ørland, Indre Fosen, Orkland, Heim, Hitra and Frøya. The district is dominated by forested valleys, lakes, coastal cliffs but also shallow areas, and in the interior mountains reaching up to 675 m elevation. The western coast has many skerries and some islands, such as Stokkøya in Åfjord. Part of the Scandinavian coastal conifer forests are located in the valleys of the peninsula, and smaller areas are classified as temperate rainforest with 67 nature reserves. The largest nature reserve is Øyenskavelen, with many nature types including undisturbed forest, some of it classified as rainforest.

She is the first Cabinet member that is a Muslim. Tajik has served as a Member of Parliament representing Rogaland since 2017, and Oslo from 2009 to 2017. She was also the party's deputy leader from 2015 until 2022.
Une Aina Bastholm is a Norwegian politician and former leader of Green Party. She represented Oslo in the Storting from 2017 to 2021 and during this time was the only member of her party with a parliamentary seat. She was elected to represent Akershus following the 2021 election.

The Alta landslide occurred on June 3, 2020 in the locality of Kråkneset, Talvik, in the municipality of Alta in northern Norway. The landslide developed on a marine clay substrate that had originally formed in the early Holocene epoch when the area was under sea level. This substrate is thought to have turned into quick clay leading to landslide.

The Pride Shooting in Oslo occurred on 25 June 2022, when two people were killed and twenty-one people were wounded in a mass shooting in Oslo, Norway. Police declared the incident as an "act of Islamist terrorism". The target may have been the Oslo LGBTQ pride event, which was hosted by the local branch of the Norwegian Organisation for Sexual and Gender Diversity.
