The Silver Spur Awards are American awards presented annually by the Reel Cowboys. The awards were created to honor western-genre actors in film and television. The Silver Spur Awards were created in 1996. [2] The awards were founded by Jack 'J.C.' Iversen and has since been led by Robert Lanthier. [3]

Their honorees have included John Agar, Peggy Stewart, and Barbara Luna [4] with members including Barbara Eden and Patrick Wayne. [5]
