The Government of Pakistan constitutionally known as the Federal Government, commonly known as the Centre is the national government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, a federal parliamentary democratic republic consisting of four provinces, two autonomous territories, and one federal territory. Under the Constitution, there are three primary branches of a government: the legislative, whose powers are vested in a bicameral Parliament; the executive, consisting of the President, aided by the Cabinet which is headed by the Prime Minister; and the judiciary, with the Supreme Court.

The Pakistan Administrative Service, or PAS is an elite cadre of the Civil Services of Pakistan. Anwar Zaheer Jamali is a Pakistani jurist who served as the 24th Chief Justice of Pakistan. He remained in the Supreme Court from 3 August 2009 to 30 December 2016. He has also served as the Acting Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan, and Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court. In 1995, he was elected as Chairman Executive Committee (CEC) of the Sindh Bar Council and held this position till his elevation to the Bench. He was highly praised for being one of the few judges who refused to take fresh oath under the Provisional Constitutional Order No.1 of 2007. He took several suo motos as a Chief Justice, notably on several human rights cases.

Quaid-e-Azam Police Medal is a gallantry award bestowed by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to law enforcement agencies, particularly police personals to recognize their meritorious contribution to the national interest of Pakistan, and while it is a gallantry award it is also awarded posthumously.
The Federal Judicial Academy is an agency for legal training run by Government of Pakistan in Islamabad. The Academy was established in 1988 and acts under Federal Judicial Academy Act, 1997. The academy offers training for Judicial Officers and court personnel.

The Academy was established in 2010 by Balochistan Judicial Academy Act 2010 passed by Balochistan Assembly. The Academy provides pre-service and in-service training to the judicial officers and court personnel. The management and administration of the Academy are run by the board under leadership of the Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court and an appointed Director-General.

The Academy provides pre-service and in-service training to the judicial officers and court personnel. The management and administration of the Academy are run by the board under the leadership of the Chief Justice of Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court and an appointed Director-General.
Akhtar Hussain is a Pakistani lawyer, senior advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan and left wing political leader. He is senior vice president of the left-wing political party, Awami Workers Party. He served as the General Secretary of Awami Workers Party from 2016 to 2022. He stayed member of Pakistan Bar Council for ten years from 2010 to 2020 and elected as Vice Chairman in 2012. He was a member of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan for two years from 2019 to 2021.
