Sing My Welcome Home is the first studio album by Pacific Gold. Bad Christian Music released the album on March 24, 2015.

Pacific Gold,, is an American Christian music band. They come from Seattle, Washington. The band started making music in 2012. Their membership is Torry Anderson, Brian Hibbard, Dan Koch, John Raines, and David Stuart. The band released, an extended play, The River, independently, in 2012, also the same year, another extended play released independently, The Holly & the Ivy. They released, a third extended play, Pacific Gold, in 2013, independently. Their first studio album, Sing My Welcome Home, was released by BC Music, standing for Bad Christian Music, in 2015.

Sarah Brehm, indicating in a four star review at HM wrote, "It's an album filled with indie rock music that would be just as comfortable in the church as it would in a coffee house." [3] Awarding the album four stars from Jesus Freak Hideout, Scott Fryberger states, "With Sing My Welcome Home, they've established themselves as one of the best worship bands of today." [5] Timothy Estabrooks, giving the album three and a half stars for Jesus Freak Hideout, writes, "overall, Sing My Welcome Home is an effective and creative re-introduction to some classic hymns that definitely deserves a few spins." [6] Rating the album four stars at Indie Vision Music, Scott Swan says, "Pacific Gold manages to not only re-energize lyrics from old, but also fosters a style that reawakens musical genres from bygone eras." [4] Christian St. John, awarding the album four stars by Christian Review Magazine, describes, "Sing My Welcome Home is a pretty unique listening experience". [1] Giving the album three stars for CM Addict, Jon Ownbey opines, "Sing My Welcome Home is a great album for those who enjoy the sounds of indie rock with lyrics that are spiritually focused." [2]

HM Magazine is a monthly, digital and print on demand publication focusing on hard music and alternative culture of interest to Christians. The magazine states that its goal is to "honestly and accurately cover the current state of hard music and alternative culture from a faith-based perspective." It is known for being one of the first magazines dedicated to covering Christian metal. The magazine's content includes features; news; album, live show and book reviews, culture coverage and columns. HM's occasional "So and So Says" feature is known for getting into artists' deeper thoughts on Jesus Christ, spirituality, politics and other controversial topics.
