Singhpura is a neighbourhood in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. It derives its name from the historic Singhpura Misl.

Singhpuria Misl, also known as the Faizulpuria Misl, was founded by the Sikh warrior Nawab Kapur Singh, who was born in 1697 and later became a prominent Dal Khalsa leader. The misl took its original name from a village Faizullapur in Amritsar and then changed the name of the village to Singhpura, with the misl eventually following.
Gharu Ram Bhagat is an Indian politician from Jammu and Kashmir and member of Bharatiya Janata Party. Bhagat was a member of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly from the Ranbir Singhpura constituency in Jammu district. He was affiliated with Bhartiya Janata Party until 2016. In 2016, he joined Indian National Congress. On 30 August 2022, he resigned from Congress in support of Ghulam Nabi Azad. He later joined the BJP and won from Suchetgarh in 2024.
Gagan Bhagat is an Indian politician and a senior Hindu leader from Jammu Province of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference. Bhagat was a member of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly from the Ranbir Singhpura constituency in Jammu district. Bhagat was appointed deputy chief spokesperson of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference in March 2022. He is the prominent Hindu face of the party after a few Hindu leaders left the J&K NC from Jammu Province.

Kahni village is also famous for the sant Maharaj of village who worked for the villagers and always helped the people get rid of ghosts and evil activities there. Kahni village is famous for panch peer baba. And will always be remembered for bhagta wali kahni remembering dada bhagat ram panchal for his spiritual works. Gohana road.
