Partial demolition of the former 1970s Slough bus station along with Compair House, a disused office block, began in February 2010 to allow for the construction of the new bus station, which started in March 2010. [2] [3] Services transferred from the old bus station to the new bus station on 28 May 2011. [4]
The bus station was seriously damaged by a fire on 29 October 2022 which started from a parked bus and spread across the roof of the station, damaging three other buses that were being stored overnight and forcing bus operators to arrange temporary bus stands nearby. [5] It remains closed as of May 2024 [update] . [6]

Hull Paragon Interchange is a transport interchange providing rail, bus and coach services located in the city centre of Kingston upon Hull, England. The G. T. Andrews-designed station was originally named Paragon Station, and together with the adjoining Station Hotel, it opened in 1847 as the new Hull terminus for the growing traffic of the York and North Midland (Y&NMR) leased to the Hull and Selby Railway (H&S). As well as trains to the west, the station was the terminus of the Y&NMR and H&S railway's Hull to Scarborough Line. The Baitul Futuh is a mosque complex of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, situated in Morden, London. It is one of the largest mosque complexes in Europe. City Sentral was a planned major retail and leisure development in city of Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England. It was proposed by Realis Estates, and was a planned 650,000 sq ft (60,000 m2) regional shopping centre which was due to open in 2016. The centre was to include a Marks & Spencer department store, a wide range of new stores and shops, cafés and restaurants, 'vibrant public spaces', a Cineworld cinema complex, an 80-room hotel, parking for 1,000 cars and a new bus station.
