Enjoy Incubus is the major label debut EP by Incubus released on January 7, 1997 on Epic Records. It contained re-recordings of songs that featured on their previous, independent releases Let Me Tell Ya 'Bout Root Beer and Fungus Amongus, as well the previously unreleased song "Version" and an untitled hidden track at the end of '"Hilikus". It was the first appearance on a release by DJ Lyfe, who added turntable scratches to the Fungus Amongus songs, and also supplied saxophone samples. This release was also noted for its introduction of 'Chuck', the mysterious mustachioed man who has become an icon for Incubus's early work.

Psychopathic Records, also known as The Hatchet, is an American independent record label headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The label is most associated with the hip hop music subgenres horrorcore and rap rock. The label was founded in 1991 by Alex Abbiss and hip hop group Insane Clown Posse. The iconography of a man with a meat cleaver has been used for years as a symbol of the group, its fanbase, and its associates.
Twoism is the first EP released by Boards of Canada, on their own Music70 record label in 1995. It was a self-financed cassette and record distributed privately. Major public releases would not happen until 1996's Hi Scores EP on Skam Records. This EP was, however, the work which got them noticed by Skam Records. Blahzay Blahzay is an East Coast hip hop group from Brooklyn, New York, composed of DJ P.F. Cuttin' and rapper Outloud. The group released two albums, 1996's Blah Blah Blah and 2018's Enythyng Iz Possible. The first album contains the group's most successful single, "Danger", which peaked at #46 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Digital Smoke is a collaboration album by West Coast rapper Kurupt and West Coast rapper/producer J. Wells. The album was released June 5, 2007. It features many other rappers such as Tha Alkaholiks, Roscoe, Goodie Mob, Knoc-turn'al and Kokane. There is a music video for the song "All We Smoke," featuring cameo appearances by Bishop Lamont, 40 Glocc and Glasses Malone.

"Danger" is a song performed and produced by Blahzay Blahzay, issued as the lead single from their debut album Blah Blah Blah. The song contains many samples, including "Get It Together" by Beastie Boys and Q-Tip, "Rockin' Chair" by Gwen McCrae, and "Come Clean" by Jeru the Damaja. Recorded in 1994 but not released until 1995, the song became the group's only entry on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at No. 46 in 1995.
