The menu includes brisket, ribs, sausage, [2] Mo's Country Salad, [3] and Pork Belly Burnt Ends. [1]

History

Spouses Morris "Mo" and Lisa Melchor opened the first restaurant in Cedar Park in 2000. [4] [5]

Craig Haley is the chief executive officer, [1] and has also held the role of president. [6] The business was acquired by Switchback Capital in 2022. [7] [8]

Locations

There were three locations in San Antonio, as of 2022. [9]
