Smoky Mountains is the debut studio album by American country music singer Conner Smith. It was released on January 26, 2024, via Valory. "Creek Will Rise" was issued in April 2023 as the lead single, and became Smith's first top 20 hit on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.
Conner Smith co-wrote 11 of the album's 12 tracks, with the exception being "I Hate Alabama". [1] Zach Crowell produced all of the tracks on the record, except for "Regret in the Morning", which was produced by Daniel Ross. Mark Trussell received co-production credits for "Roulette on the Heart", which features guest vocals from Hailey Whitters. "Roulette on the Heart" was released as the album's second single on April 22, 2024. [2]
"I Hate Alabama" and "Take It Slow" were previously included on Smith's debut EP, Didn't Go Too Far, from 2022. [3]

He is currently signed to Big Loud Records. Smith is the current record holder of most number one hits among all male Canadian artists on Billboard's Canada Country chart, at eleven. With Side Effects, Smith also became the first Canadian country artist in the Nielsen BDS era to chart four consecutive number one singles from one album, a feat he would then top with his next album, Timeless.

"Swingin'" is a song co-written and recorded by American country music singer John Anderson. It was released in January 1983 as the second single from his album Wild & Blue. The song was the second of five number one singles in Anderson's career, spending one week at the top of the Hot Country Songs charts. Anderson re-recorded the song for his 1994 album Country 'til I Die on BNA Records. This re-recording served as the b-side to the album's title track, which was also the first single from it. In addition to LeAnn Rimes, Chris Young performed an acoustic cover of "Swingin'" for his 2010 EP Voices.
There's No Stopping Your Heart is a studio album by American singer Marie Osmond. It was released by the Capitol and Curb record labels in July 1985. The Austin Chronicle gave the release 3.5/5 stars, writing that "it's too early to declare The Limestone Kid debut of the year, but it's already one to beat", and comparing McCollum's music to Charlie Robison's. The song would later go viral within the college football fanbase, gaining millions of streams on social media platforms and resulting in Smith signing a record deal with Big Machine. It was later included on Smith's debut studio album, Smoky Mountains (2024).
