The Society of International Nature and Wildlife Photographers (SINWP) is a professional photographic organization formed in October 2008.

Contents

The association encourages development and discussion relating to photography and promotes the interests of photographers via seminars, workshops, roadshows and industry recognised qualifications. The group provides lists of recognised and qualified professional photographers throughout the world, all of them meeting strict standards of conduct as laid down in the group's rules.

Membership

There are no restrictions on membership, which is international and includes amateur and professional nature and wildlife photographers.

Stephen Dalton is an English wildlife photographer and author. He is known for his pioneering work, from the early 1970s onward, in high-speed nature photography. He was the first person ever to record pin sharp images of insects in flight. His work covers a wide variety of animals: from amphibians and birds to mammals and invertebrates.

Will Burrard-Lucas, is a British wildlife photographer and entrepreneur. He is known for developing devices, such as BeetleCam and camera traps, which enable him to capture close-up photographs of wildlife.

QT Luong is a French-Vietnamese born American photographer known for his work in the U.S. National Parks, as well as for work in the theory of computer vision. In 2022, Luong received the Ansel Adams Award for Conservation Photography from the Sierra Club.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Aishwarya Sridhar</span> Indian wildlife photographer

Aishwarya Sridhar is an Indian wildlife photographer, wildlife presenter, and documentary filmmaker residing in Navi Mumbai. She is the youngest girl to have won the Sanctuary Asia- Young Naturalist Award and the International Camera Fair. Award. In 2020, Aishwarya became the first Indian woman to win Wildlife Photographer of the Year award. She is also a member of the State Wetland Identification Committee appointed by the Bombay High Court. Her works have been featured in BBC Wildlife, The Guardian, Sanctuary Asia, Saevus, Hindustan Times, Mumbai Mirror, Digital Camera, Mathrubhumi and Mongabay.

Mohammad Murad is a Kuwaiti wildlife photographer who specializes in bird photography. His photos have won awards such as the 2017–2018 Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA) Merit Medal.
