Sofi de la Torre (16 March 1991) is a singer and songwriter from the Canary Islands, whose music combines elements from chillwave and rhythm and blues.

After high school, where she discovered a talent for music, she moved to Los Angeles, but then went to London to go to school, studying media and communications. She turned back to music and released two pop-rock singles ("Heartbeat" and "Faster"), and was asked by German film director Felix Fuchssteiner to contribute them to the soundtrack of Rubinrot ("Ruby Red"); she also appeared in the movie. She released her first album, Mine, in 2013 to modest success. [1] In 2014, she gained international attention with the single "Vermillion", co-written with Jonas W. Karlsson. [2] After that, three EPs followed: Give Up at 2, Mess, and That Isn't You, and with Karlsson she produced, in 2017, the single "London x Paris." Karlsson also produced her second album, Another? Not Me, I'm Done. [1]

Monica Denise Arnold is an American singer and songwriter. Born and raised in College Park, Georgia, she began performing as a child and became part of a traveling gospel choir at the age of ten. The Knocks is an American electronic music duo consisting of Ben "B-Roc" Ruttner and James "JPatt" Patterson. Jonas W. Karlsson is a Finnish producer and songwriter. He was with the Finnish band Elokuu, and worked with Madeline Juno. He is a longtime collaborator of Sofi de la Torre, with whom he wrote the song "Vermillion" (2014), a release praised by critics.

Sofi Tukker are an American musical duo based in Florida consisting of Sophie Hawley-Weld and Tucker Halpern. They are best known for their songs "Drinkee", "Best Friend", and "Purple Hat". "Best Friend" was featured in a commercial during Apple's unveiling of the iPhone X, while "Drinkee" was nominated for a Grammy at the 2017 Grammy Awards. American based electronic dance musicians The Knocks have released two studio albums, six EPs and thirty-five singles. The duo began their career as remixers in the city of New York, United States, eventually signing to their first ever major record label. Their 2010 single "Dancing With The DJ" was their first instant online success. Philadelphia hiphop band Chiddy Bang sampled The Knocks' "Blackout" for their single "Here We Go" from their EP The Preview. Chiddy Bang subsequently sampled The Knocks' "When You've Got Music" and "Dancing with the DJ" for their mixtape Peanut Butter and Swelly. After the success of "Dancing With The DJ", their debut extended play, entitled Magic was released in 2011.

"Copycat" is a song recorded by American singer Billie Eilish. It was released by Darkroom and Interscope Records as the fourth single from Eilish's debut studio EP, Don't Smile at Me (2017). Eilish and her brother, Finneas O'Connell, co-wrote the song, with the latter solely handling the production. Musically an electronica and pop track with a hip hop-influenced instrumentation, the song was heavily inspired by someone who kept on copying Eilish and what she did.
