Originally distributed through Deadboy & the Elephantmen's website, and also by various local Louisiana music stores, Song Mechanism showcases four songs that were later included in Deadboy's second full-length album We Are Night Sky . The EP is no longer in print.

If This Is Hell, Then I'm Lucky is the debut album by Deadboy & the Elephantmen, fronted by Dax Riggs, formerly of Acid Bath and Agents of Oblivion. The album was re-released on February 5, 2008, under Dax Riggs's name only, and again in 2010 by Rotten Records, using the band's proper title. It features Dax Riggs, Jason Dupre (guitar), Christopher T. Gautreaux, Jeff LeCompte, and Kurt Westwood.

We Sing of Only Blood or Love is the debut solo album by American singer and songwriter Dax Riggs. It was slated to be the next Deadboy and the Elephantmen album before the band's dissolution. Riggs decided to release it under his own name on August 21, 2007. Matt Sweeney provided a combination of guitar, bass, piano, and backing vocals for all of the tracks, as well as producing the record.

False Start was a power pop/rock band from Auckland, New Zealand, that formed in the winter of 2005. They were signed to Deadboy Records/Universal.

"Official Girl" is a song recorded by American singer Cassie. It features vocals by hip-hop rapper Lil Wayne, who wrote his guest verse, while the original composition was written by members of collective The Clutch including Balewa Muhammad, Candice Nelson, Ezekiel Lewis, along with Marcella Araica and Nathaniel "Danja" Hills. Production was also handled by Hills. The song was first released for digital download in the United States on August 5, 2008, through Bad Boy and NextSelection in association with Atlantic Records, who then serviced it to rhythmic contemporary radio stations on September 22, 2008. The single was issued on vinyl as well with a promotional record being released that month.

Alleycat Scratch was an American glam metal band formed in San Francisco, California, United States, in 1988. The band never gained popularity or commercial success due to the grunge movement of the 1990s. Their music has been considered highly underrated. The band has only released two albums to date. Their debut album, Deadboys in Trash City, has been considered some of the best sleaze rock of the period. Alleycat Scratch disbanded in 1994.

Numbers is a record label and club night promoter based in Glasgow, Scotland, run by Jack 'Jackmaster' Revill, Rob 'Bobby Cleaver' Mordue, Richard 'Simply Richard' Chater, brothers Calum 'Spencer' Morton and Neil 'Nelson' Morton and Adam 'Goodhand' Rodgers. Numbers began as a club night by that name in Glasgow in 2003 and continues both in Glasgow and elsewhere. The Numbers record label was founded in 2010 with the merger of three Glasgow based labels Wireblock, Dress 2 Sweat and Stuff. It releases music in vinyl and digital file download formats and has done so for numerous acts including Rustie, Jamie xx and Jessie Ware.
