Soulcage are a heavy metal band formed in Helsinki, Finland in 1999.

Contents

The band plays melodic metal/rock with progressive influences. In 2004 they released their first demo With the Time I Run, followed by their debut album Dead Water Diary in 2006 with limited success, and the follow-up Soul for Sale in April 2009, reaching a wider audience than they had previously. 'My Canvas, My Skin' was released as the debut single from ‘Soul For Sale’, along with a video directed and written by Tuomas Parviainen. Soulcage are currently signed to the independent label Hellas Records.

Soul for Sale was released on 8 April 2009 in Finland, and on 8 May 2009 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It is set to be released on 23 April 2010 in the United Kingdom.

To/Die/For are a gothic metal band from the town of Kouvola in southeast of Finland, assembled in 1993 as a hard rock band under the name Mary-Ann. In 1999, they decided to change their musical style to gothic metal, changing their band name as well. The band disbanded on 13 April 2009, but has reformed as of 4 July 2009, and played their final concert at John Smith Festival in Finland on June 22, 2016. They reformed once again in early 2020.

Amoral was a metal band from Helsinki, Finland, formed in 1997. They played technical, progressive, melodic, hardrock oriented metal. The band's 4th album was an about-turn, replacing the dominance of quirky death metal with an exemplary display of riff-driven, heavy, yet melodic power groove and the occasional sing-along chorus. Amoral performed extensively in bars, clubs, festivals and other venues in Finland, Europe, Japan, China, Philippines and USA. The band split up in 2017 after 20 years together.
