Southland Entertainment Group is an Alabama based company that owned Alabama Splash Adventure (formerly known as VisionLand) in Bessemer, Alabama under the name Alabama Adventure Theme Park from January 2, 2003, until May 15, 2008. The company purchased the park for a bid of $5.25 million, which was below the asking price of $25 million. [1] In 2008, Southland Entertainment sold Alabama Adventure Theme Park to Adrenaline Family Entertainment. [2] Southland Entertainment Group is owned by Team Pro Parks and South Brook Entertainment.
Epcot, stylized in all uppercase as EPCOT, is a theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida. It is owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company through its Experiences division. Inspired by an unrealized concept of the same name developed by Walt Disney, the park opened on October 1, 1982, as EPCOT Center, and was the second of four theme parks built at Walt Disney World. The park spans 305 acres, more than twice the size of Magic Kingdom. Often referred to as a "permanent world's fair", Epcot is dedicated to the celebration of human achievement, particularly technological innovation and international culture.

Disney California Adventure Park is a theme park at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. It is owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company through its Experiences division. The 72-acre (29 ha) park is themed after Disney's interpretation of California, by the use of Disney, Pixar and Marvel properties. The park opened on February 8, 2001, and is the second of two theme parks built at the Disneyland Resort complex, after Disneyland Park.
Dubailand was an entertainment complex planned to be built in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which was owned by Tatweer. When announced in 2003 it was one of the most ambitious leisure developments ever proposed anywhere in the world costing $64.3 billion, but development has been severely impacted by global recession and Dubai's financial crisis. The development was put on hold in 2008, due to the global financial meltdown of 2007-2008, but resumed in mid-2013. Updates in 2013 showed that $55 billion had been raised towards the works.
Hong Kong Disneyland is a theme park located on reclaimed land in Penny's Bay, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. It is the first Disneyland in Asia outside of Japan. The Hong Kong Disneyland is located inside the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and it is owned and managed by Hong Kong International Theme Parks. It is the most visited theme park in Hong Kong, followed by Ocean Park Hong Kong. Hong Kong Disneyland opened to visitors on Monday, 12 September 2005 at 13:00 HKT. Disney attempted to avoid problems of cultural backlash by incorporating Chinese culture, customs and traditions when designing and building the resort, including adherence to the rules of feng shui. Notably, a bend was put in a walkway near the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort entrance so good qi energy would not flow into the South China Sea.
Wild Adventures is a zoological theme park in Clyattville, Georgia, which is located 5 miles (8.0 km) south of Valdosta, Georgia, United States. It is owned by Herschend Family Entertainment and has been managed by Jon Vigue since October 2020. The park features rides and attractions, including six roller coasters, exotic animals, shows, Splash Island water park and concerts from country, pop, rock, Christian, and oldies superstars. The park is located 4 miles off of Interstate 75.

Tokyo Disneyland is a 115-acre (47 ha) theme park at the Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, near Tokyo. Its main gate is directly adjacent to both Maihama Station and Tokyo Disneyland Station. It was the first Disney park to be built outside the United States and it opened on April 15, 1983. The park was constructed by WED Enterprises in the same style as Disneyland in California and Magic Kingdom in Florida. Rampage is a wooden roller coaster located at Alabama Splash Adventure in Bessemer, Alabama, US. Manufactured and built by Custom Coasters International, with design from Larry Bill, the roller coaster originally opened with the Vision Land amusement park on May 23, 1998. Rampage operated until 2002, closing for the entire season due to the principal owners filing for bankruptcy. The roller coaster reopened on May 26, 2003, under the Southland Entertainment Group ownership, until its second closure in 2012 under General Attractions. Rampage sat dormant for four years, before being renovated in 2014 by owners Dan and Natalie Koch and reopening for the 2015 season.
Recoil is a Boomerang roller coaster located at Wonderla in Raviryal, Hyderabad, India. It was previously located at Alabama Adventure as Zoomerang until new management in 2012 decided to remove its rides and solely operate as a water park called "Splash Adventure". It also operated at Wonderland Sydney as The Demon after being relocated from World Expo Park. The ride was removed in 2013 and sold to Wonderla in India where it was renamed "Recoil".

The company is a subsidiary of SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. and owns and operates twelve recreational destinations in the United States, including eight theme parks and four water parks. Notable brands within its portfolio include SeaWorld and Busch Gardens. In May 2018, Themed Entertainment Association and the global management firm AECOM reported that SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment ranked ninth in the world for attendance among theme park companies, led by parks SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
