History

Spectrio was founded in 1986 as Conquest Communications by Mitch Keller with the mission to help businesses relate better to their customers. [2] In June 2015, the Spectrio Charlotte office was opened. [3] In October 2014 Spectrio established a partnership with the Riverside Company Partners. [4]

Acquisitions

Over the years, Spectrio has carried out several acquisitions. Notable among the most recent ones include the acquisition of Industry Weapon in 2020, [5] Sixteen:Nine in 2021, [6] Ping HD in 2022, [7] and inReality in 2023. [8]

Prior to the recent acquisitions, Spectrio had acquired Retail Radio in 2017, [9] and VS Networks in 2019 alongside others. [10]

Products and services

Spectrio offers digital signage solutions with content development packages, video placements, social media marketing and email marketing services. [11] [12]
