Sir Steuart Spencer Davis, CMG (1875 – 3 April 1950) was a British colonial administrator. He was Governor of Saint Helena from 1932 to 1937.
After being called to the English bar by Gray's Inn in 1905, Davis served in St Kitts, the Gold Coast, Tanganyika, and Palestine before becoming Governor of Saint Helena in 1932. As governor, he named Jonathan the tortoise, currently the oldest known living land animal.

Francis Eustace Baker is a British businessman who was the Governor of Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha between 1984 and 1988. While he was Governor, he implemented a '3 day working scheme' to help tackle unemployment and announced the plans to build the 2nd RMS St Helena, which was, up until the construction of St Helena's airport, the main link between the territory and the rest of the world. He received the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 1979 and the CBE in 1984.
Sir Henry Guy Pilling, KCMG was a British colonial administrator. He was Governor of St Helena from 1938 to 1941 and the British Resident in Zanzibar from 1941 to 1946. In retirement, he served as Speaker of the East Africa Central Legislative Assembly from 1949 until his death.
