History

Spigot Inc was founded in Silicon Valley, NV in 2008. On September 25, 2015, Genimous Investment announced that it was acquiring a 100% interest in Spigot, Inc for US$252 million. Genimous announced that acquiring Spigot, Inc would enable Genimous to grow into an international mobile internet company integrating a portal site with an operating platform. [1] [2] On May 27, 2016, Genimous announced the completed acquisition of Spigot, Inc. [3] Spigot, Inc now runs as a wholly owned subsidiary of Genimous. [4]
