SPIRIT (born December 20, 1975) is an American television and radio personality, licensed therapist, author, and public speaker. Spirit first gained the attention of a national audience with appearances on The Tyra Banks Show in 2008.
Spirit is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), certified Parenting Coordinator (PC), and Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Facilitator. [1] She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling, and is scheduled to complete a Doctorate of Philosophy in General Psychology with a specialization in Research Methods and Evaluation in the fall of 2019. Spirit owns a private counseling practice in Atlanta, GA and is a devoted wife and mother of seven.[ citation needed ]
Spirit’s media career first began over a decade ago when she first co-hosted the nightly sex talk show, The Pleazure Zone (2003,2004), [2] on News & Talk Radio, 1380 WAOK in Atlanta, Georgia. The three-hour, live call-in show gave listeners answers and information about love, sex, relationships. Following The Pleazure Zone, Spirit went on to host her own weekly talk show, Talking with Spirit on WAOK, which went on to become a nightly talk show on XM satellite radio’s channel 169, and was also simulcast on Miami’s 1080 WTPS and Chicago’s 1690 WVON. Spirit also co-hosted the weekly love, sex, and relationship talk show, Let’s Stay Together, on Atlanta’s WPZE 102.5 FM. Since first hitting the airwaves, Spirit has gone on to make over 200 radio appearances across the country. She can currently be heard making regular appearances on the syndicated radio show, The Rickey Smiley Morning Show (2014-2018), [3]

Following those appearances, Spirit went on to make multiple guest appearances on shows including, Mike and Juliette in the Morning, Good Day Atlanta on WAGA-TV Fox 5, The Ricki Lake Show (2012-2013), The Bill Cunningham Show , and most recently, Dr. Drew On Call on HLN. [4] Spirit was also the co-host of 20th Century Fox Television's The Daily Helpline, which aired in select markets during the summer of 2014 and has been featured in programs on networks including Oxygen, WE TV, and the Hallmark Channel.

Claudia Angela Jordan is an American talk show host, actress, model, businesswoman and reality television and radio personality. She is known for appearing as a model on the U.S. version of Deal or No Deal and The Price Is Right, and for competing on seasons 2 and 6 of Celebrity Apprentice. Jordan appeared on the Bravo reality television series The Real Housewives of Atlanta for its seventh season.
WAOK is a commercial AM radio station in Atlanta, Georgia. It is owned by Audacy, Inc. and airs a talk radio format aimed at the African American community. WAOK has local hosts in morning and afternoon drive time with the syndicated Rev. Al Sharpton Show heard in early afternoons. WAOK broadcasts from studios at Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta. It is Atlanta's third-oldest continuously licensed broadcast station and the fifth oldest in Georgia.
WZAK is a commercial urban adult contemporary radio station licensed to Cleveland, Ohio, serving Greater Cleveland and much of surrounding Northeast Ohio. Owned by Urban One, WZAK is a local affiliate for nationally syndicated personalities Rickey Smiley, D. L. Hughley and Al B. Sure!. The WZAK studios are located in Downtown Cleveland, while the station transmitter resides in Brecksville. Besides a standard analog transmission, WZAK broadcasts over three HD Radio channels, and is available online.
Robert "Rob" Redding, Jr. is a polymath who is known as a top-selling multidisciplinary American artist and public intellectual. He is a selling visual artist, award-winning radio talk show host, bestselling author, noted independent journalist, professor and long-time media proprietor. Redding is known as the founder and publisher of Redding News Review and host of a talk radio show and podcast. In 2003, he was among few blacks to be named to Talkers Magazine's "100 Most Important Radio Talk Show Hosts in America" and has received a proclamation for his work by the Atlanta City Council the same year. He made history being the only black program director in white-dominated talk radio station in 2009. His website Redding News Review has earned three consecutive Black Web Awards. He currently runs the web's oldest black news aggregation outlet and first and most successful stand-alone subscriber-based website and talk show.
Couples Therapy is an American reality television show airing on the cable network VH1 that chronicles reality television performers as they receive relationship counseling from psychotherapist Dr. Jenn Mann and her staff. The first season, which consists of eight episodes, premiered March 21, 2012 and featured participants such as rapper DMX and Linda Hogan. The second season premiered on October 3, 2012, and features Doug Hutchison and his wife, Courtney Stodden. VH1 renewed the show for a sixth season, which premiered October 7, 2015.
Broderick Dornell Smiley is an American stand-up comedian, television host, actor, and radio personality, known for his prank phone calls. The calls feature Smiley disguising his voice and carrying on a conversation with the recipient of the call. He is the host of the nationally syndicated Rickey Smiley Morning Show based in Atlanta from its flagship affiliate WHTA "Hot 107.9". Smiley has starred in sitcom The Rickey Smiley Show, which aired on TV One. He is also a featured columnist on the Fox-produced tabloid nationally-syndicated show Dish Nation. In 2015, Smiley started appearing on Rickey Smiley For Real, a reality television series about his life.
WHHH is a commercial radio station in Indianapolis, Indiana, known as Hot 96.3. It airs an Urban Contemporary format and is owned by Urban One, along with WTLC (AM), WTLC-FM, WNOW-FM and WDNI-CD. The radio and TV stations share studios and offices on Meridian Street in Downtown Indianapolis.
