Leka was the head coach of Victoria Libertas Pallacanestro during the 2017–18 LBA season. [3]

Leka was the head coach of Kleb Basket Ferrara from 2019 until 2023. [4]

On October 17, 2024, he was named the head coach of Victoria Libertas Pesaro once again. [5]
