St. Davids is a small rural community in United Counties of Prescott and Russell, Ontario. St. Davids is located approximately 6 km from the border with Quebec and approximately 5 km south of Voyageur Provincial Park.

Lee County is a county located in the U.S. state of North Carolina. As of the 2020 census, the population was 63,285. The county seat is Sanford. It was established on March 6, 1907, from parts of Chatham and Moore counties, and named for General Robert E. Lee, who served as the General in Chief of the Armies of the Confederate States in 1865.

The St. Croix River is a river in northeastern North America, 71 miles (114 km) in length, that forms part of the Canada–United States border between Maine (U.S.) and New Brunswick (Canada). The river rises in the Chiputneticook Lakes and flows south and southeast, between Calais and St. Stephen. It discharges into Passamaquoddy Bay, in the Bay of Fundy.
The Miami River is a 13.7-mile-long (22.0 km) stream in upstate New York and is a part of the Hudson River watershed. The river's headwaters rise in the Adirondack Mountains at 43°36′11″N74°30′12″W about 10 miles (16 km) northwest of Speculator and flows southeast for about 3 miles (5 km) with Pillsbury Mountain on the southwest and Page Mountain to the northeast. It turns sharply southwest for about one mile and then turns sharply east for about a mile, after which it flows mostly northeast for about 8 miles (13 km) before flowing into Lewey Lake at 43°37′58″N74°24′17″W. Lewey Lake empties into Indian Lake, which is drained by the Indian River, which then flows into the Hudson River approximately 17 miles (27 km) to the northeast of Lewey Lake.

Moxie Falls is a waterfall in Somerset County, Maine. At a vertical drop of over 90 feet (30 m) into a pool about 17 feet (5 m) deep, Moxie Falls is one of the highest falls in New England. The falls are part of Moxie Stream which flows from Moxie Pond into the Kennebec River approximately 1 kilometer (0.62 mi) downstream the falls. Moxie Stream drains Moxie Pond approximately 5 miles (8.0 km) upstream of the falls.

Though the season officially began on June 1, 2018 and ended November 30, 2018, dates adopted by convention and historically describe the period during each year when most tropical cyclones form, it effectively started with the formation of Tropical Storm Alberto on May 25. The season's final storm, Hurricane Oscar, dissipated on October 31.
