St. Paul is a parliamentary constituency in Saint Paul, Antigua and Barbuda. [1] It is currently represented by foreign minister Paul Chet Greene. It is composed of the areas of Liberta, Table Hill, Gordon, Falmouth, English Harbour, Cobbs Cross, and Nelson's Dockyard. [1]
St. Paul has two polling districts, "A" and "B". [2] [3] Polling district "A" is composed primarily of Liberta. [2] Polling district "B" is composed primarily of Falmouth, Cobbs Cross, and English Harbour. [2] During the 2023 general elections, polling district A was overwhelmingly dominated by the ABLP. [3] Polling district B was dominated by the UPP. [3]

Antigua and Barbuda's transport systems include both public and privately run services. Roads in the country are paved and follow a winding and gently sloping course connecting parishes to villages and communities. Driving is on the left-hand side. The speed limit is set at 40 mph, Traffic signs posted throughout main roads in Antigua and Barbuda allow for ease of commute, and with GPS coordinates posted throughout the country, the process of navigation has become even easier.
Saint Philip, officially the Parish of Saint Philip, is a civil parish of Antigua and Barbuda, on the easternmost portion of Antigua island. Its capital is the village of St. Philip's. Saint Philip borders Saint Peter and Saint Paul. Saint Philip faces the Atlantic Ocean. Saint Philip is surrounded by various islands and islets. It had a population of 3,347 in 2011, which makes it the least populous parish of Antigua and Barbuda.
Saint Paul, officially the Parish of Saint Paul, is a parish of Antigua and Barbuda on the island of Antigua. Saint Paul borders Saint Peter and Saint John to the north, Saint Mary to the west, and Saint Philip to the east. Falmouth is a coastal port town located in Saint Paul Parish on the island of Antigua, in Antigua and Barbuda. The town is located in the south of the island, at the end of Falmouth Harbour. A road links Falmouth with the nearby larger town of Liberta inland to the north. In 2018, a proposal was made for squatters who had lived on their land for ten years or more to buy their plots for $1 per 1 sq ft (0.093 m2).
Bethesda is a village in Saint Paul Parish on the island of Antigua, in Antigua and Barbuda.
Pares is a small village in central Antigua. it is located to the north of Potworks Dam and south of the town of Parham on the road between Freemans and Willikies.

St. Mary's South is a parliamentary constituency in the parish of Saint Mary, Antigua and Barbuda. A by-election was held in the constituency on 24 October 2023.
St. John's Rural South, also called Rural South is a parliamentary constituency located in Saint John, Antigua and Barbuda. The constituency is currently represented by Daryll Matthew.
All Saints East & St. Luke is a parliamentary constituency in the parishes of Saint John and Saint Mary, Antigua and Barbuda. It is composed of the villages of Matthews, Swetes, Bishops, John Hughes, Sawcolts, Old Road, and the eastern portion of All Saints.

St. George is a constituency in Saint John and Saint George, Antigua and Barbuda. It is composed of the villages of New Winthorpes, Barnes Hill, Powells, Potters, Piggotts, Osbourn, Jonas, and Scotts Hill.
The island of Barbuda is constitutionally mandated to have at least one parliamentary constituency within itself. The member of the house of representatives for Barbuda is also an ex officio member of the Barbuda Council. The island has one polling district, polling district "A", which supported the Barbuda People's Movement in the 2023 general elections.
On October 24, 2023, a by-election was conducted in the Antiguan seat of St. Mary's South in response to the resignation of Kelvin Simon, the sitting UPP member of parliament, due to challenges to his candidacy. It was Antigua and Barbuda's second election since Prime Minister Gaston Browne emerged victorious in the country's general election in 2023 with a narrow win.
