St. Thomas Curling Classic

The St. Thomas Curling Classic (previously Roy Inch & Sons Service Experts Classic and the Arctic Snowplows Classic before 2014) is a bonspiel, part of the men's Ontario Curling Tour. The event is held in October and takes place at the St. Thomas Curling Club in St. Thomas, Ontario.

In the past, the event has been open to both men's and women's teams. In 2013, Sherry Middaugh's team made it all the way to the final. That year, 4 of the 16 teams entered were women's rinks. [1]

The KW Fall Classic is an annual bonspiel, or curling tournament, that takes place at the Kitchener-Waterloo Granite Club in Waterloo, Ontario. The Stu Sells Cookstown Classic, formerly the CookstownCash presented by Comco Canada Inc. is an annual curling tournament that was part of the World Curling Tour, the highest-level curling tour in the world. The event was introduced in 2012 and was held on the first weekend in November, at the Cookstown Curling Club in Cookstown, Ontario. Originally just part of the Ontario Curling Tour, it was part of the World Curling Tour from 2014 to 2017. After a five-year pause, the event returned in 2022 as part of the Stu Sells series.

The Brantford NISSAN Classic is a curling tournament or bonspiel part of the men's and women's curling tour. The event existed exclusively on the Ontario Curling Tour until 2017, before it was added as a WCT event for 2018 and 2019. The event is an annual event held at the end of November and the beginning of December. The event took place at the Brant Curling Club in Brantford, Ontario until 2017. It was moved to the Paris Curling Club in Paris, Ontario in 2018 and then the Brantford Golf & Country Club for 2022.

The 2012 Masters Grand Slam of Curling was held from November 14 to 18 at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre, the Brantford Golf & Curling Club, the Paris Curling Club, and the Brant Curling Club in Brantford and Paris, Ontario as part of the 2012–13 World Curling Tour. The majority of the women's Tier I round robin games and some of the men's Tier I round robin games was held at the Brantford Golf & Curling Club, while the remainder of the Tier I games and the playoffs round games were held at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre. The men's Tier II games and playoffs qualifiers was held at the Brant Curling Club, while the women's Tier II games and playoffs qualifiers was held at the Paris Curling Club and the Brantford Golf & Curling Club. Joanne M. Courtney is a Canadian curler from Edmonton, Alberta. From 2014 to 2022, she was a member of the Rachel Homan rink which won the 2017 World Women's Curling Championship and represented Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympics.

Paul Lyttle is a Canadian-American curler from Lynnwood, Washington. He has competed in four United States Men's Curling Championships. He curls out of the Granite Curling Club in Seattle, Washington.

The 2016 National was held from December 6 to 11 at the Essar Centre in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. This was the third Grand Slam of Curling event of the 2016–17 curling season.

The 2020–21 curling season began in August 2020 and ended in May 2021.

The 2023 Ontario Tankard,, the provincial men's curling championship for Southern Ontario, was held from January 24 to 29 at The Plex in Port Elgin, Ontario. The winning Mike McEwen rink will represent Ontario at the 2023 Tim Hortons Brier, Canada's national men's curling championship, at the Budweiser Gardens in London, Ontario.
