The Office is an American mockumentary sitcom television series that depicts the everyday work lives of office employees at the Scranton, Pennsylvania, branch of the fictional Dunder Mifflin Paper Company. Although a small story arc focused on the character Ashido Kanō was not featured in the manga as was originally intended due to timing issues, Kubo helped the anime staff produce the episodes for it.
