Stage17.tv is a digital entertainment platform that offers theatre-centric content to a global online community. Known as "a hub of must see web series," [1] Stage17 is a new form of digital media with a demographic of 25-to-54-year-old men and women by using Broadway as a jumping off point. [2] It can also be referred to as "the newest intersection of Web, theatre, and independent story telling online." [3] Stage17 produces original content and curates content from all over the internet, including popular web series like Wallflowers . [4]

For Season One, five episodes have been created and for Season Two, seven episodes. The show can be found distributed across the web on Stage17.tv. Wallflowers is about four friends in New York who belong to a support group who can't get dates. The core group of characters are in their mid-late 30s and are from the last generation of people who did not have the internet to date people. The characters find themselves single and are not very successful with getting dates.
