Plot

Owen Turner is a naval aviator who fakes his own death, after which he is employed by Roberto Menendez, an arms dealer. Turner has stolen a stealth fighter from a US Air Force base and Menendez has gained control of a military satellite that is capable of destroying targets on the Earth. Using the threats posed by these weapons, the two are blackmailing the United States government. Naval reserve officer Ryan Mitchell must try to stop them.

The film was first released on television in Spain in September 1999. On February 15, 2000, the film premiered on video in the United States. Later in that year, the film premiered in Iceland and Germany.[ citation needed ]
