International collaboration

In July 2025, Steamroller Productions announced a collaboration with Indian filmmaker Vikash Verma, founder of G7 Films, marking the company's expansion into the Indian film market. [4] As part of the agreement, the companies are jointly involved in developing film projects targeting both Indian and international audiences. [5]

As part of the collaboration, Steamroller Productions acquired the World War II-themed film The Good Maharaja , directed by Verma. The film, which had faced production delays reportedly due to the Russia–Ukraine conflict, is now scheduled for release on December 18, 2026. [6] [7]
