Stefano Noferini (born 24 May 1961, in Florence, Italy) is an Italian tech and tech house DJ and producer.

Biography

He began his career in the late 1970s in the clubs of his hometown, Florence. Then during the 1980s and the 1990s, he became resident dj at "Titilla", the prive of Cocoricò (Riccione) and Fitzcarraldo (Arezzo) and began playing all around Italy. [1] [2] In 1998 he took an Italian truck to the Love Parade in Berlin. Since the late 1990s his sound and his tracks become more and more popular and took him to release on perform all around the world in clubs as Ministry of Sound London, Space Miami, Space Ibiza, Pacha London, Cocoon Frankfurt, Row 14 and in festival as Ultra Music Festival and Mystic Garden in Amsterdam. In 2010 Sylvia Tosun vs Noferini & Marini – "Push N Pull" reached #1 in Billboard Dance Club Songs. Later he received two prizes at Beatport Awards: in 2010 he was awarded; In 2011 “Artist of the Year”. In March 2013 at IDMA in Miami he received the “Best Minimal Techno Track” Award with Umek for their track “Goes On”, released on Deeperfect, Noferini’s record Label.[ citation needed ]

Noferini founded Deeperfect in 2003. Deeperfect released more than 500 tracks by artists as Stefano Noferin himself, UMEK, Stephan Bozdin, Nicole Moudaber, Dj Chus, Mihalis Safras, Mr. Bizz, Hollen, Wally Lopez, Matte Blakk, Zoo Brazil Mladen Tomic, Raul Mezcolanza, Groovebox and many others. Club Edition, his radio show, is broadcast by 110 radio stations in 15 countries and has had more than million plays on Soundcloud. In May 2014 Dj Mag and Noferini organized a competition dedicated to young dj’s. [4]

In 1999 he founded Consumer Recreation and Recycled Loops, the former of which he co-runs with Valentino Kanzyani. Recycled Loops formed the sublabel Earresistible Musick in 2001, and in 2007 Umek founded the large techno label 1605.

Iason Chronis, better known as Mason, is a Dutch DJ and record producer. He had a number one on the UK Dance Singles Chart in 2007 with his track "Exceeder". Exceeder had originally been an instrumental and had received a vinyl-only release in the UK in 2006. The new version of the track, "Perfect (Exceeder)", is a mashup with American rapper Princess Superstar's song "Perfect" and reached number 3 on the national British chart in January 2007. The track was a big hit in many countries worldwide. He also had chart success in 2011 with his song "Runaway"—which is a modern version of "Runaway" by Eruption, and "Boadicea", featuring Róisín Murphy—in 2016 with "Fashion Killa", and with many club releases since. <i>Live & Remastered</i> 2011 box set by Ministry of Sound

Live & Remastered is a box set released by the record label of British nightclub Ministry of Sound in September 2011. It was released to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Ministry of Sound, as part of their 20:20 Project campaign, following the Ministry of Sound's foundation in 1991. Focusing on the early years of the club, the box set contains five discs, each an iconic DJ set performed live at the Ministry of Sound from 1991 to 1994. The DJ sets are mixed by New York DJ veterans Larry Levan, David Morales, Todd Terry, Kenny Carpenter and the club's British co-founder Justin Berkmann, each delivering their own house style. Between them, genres explored include deep house and garage house. The packaging for the set resembles a "flightcase" box, with all the CDs themselves in "record sleeves", whilst the discs themselves are made to look like actual vinyl LPs.
