Steffi Sorensen is a college basketball analyst and sideline reporter for ESPN and the SEC Network. She played for the Florida Gators women's basketball team from 2008-2010.
Steffi grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. She went to Bartram Trail High School where she was Miss Florida Basketball in her senior year in 2006 and she was the second-highest scorer in St. John's County with 2,147 points. [1] She ended up going to Florida Gulf Coast University and was second in points averaging 14.5 points per game, leading the team to the Division II finals losing to Southern Connecticut State. Despite her successful freshman season and FGCU going to Division I, Sorensen transferred to Santa Fe Community College to be closer to family. After a year at SFCC, she walked-on at the University of Florida for the 2008-09 season under head coach Amanda Butler who recruited Sorensen while at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Sorensen earned a scholarship before her junior year ended. [2] In her two years at Florida, she scored nine points per game and led the Lady Gators to the Second Round of the 2009 NCAA Division I women's basketball tournament. [3] In her junior year, she set the school’s single-season 3-point percentage record, shooting 39.2 percent from beyond the arc. She was the captain and Most Valuable Player on the women’s basketball team her senior year. Sorensen graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor of science degree in telecommunications management in 2010. [4]
Her dad, Chris, along with his brother, Robin, were firefighters in Jacksonville and together founded Firehouse Subs. [5]
After being undrafted in the 2010 WNBA draft and playing a season in France, she joined ESPN 3 as an analyst before joining ESPN a year later as a color commentator, and is now a college basketball analyst for SEC Now and sideline reporter for SEC Network. She also worked for Fox Sports. [6]

He retired from coaching in 2019 at the end of the Rose Bowl, and stayed at Ohio State as an assistant athletic director and was also an analyst for Fox Sports, appearing weekly on their Big Noon Kickoff pregame show. In 2021, Meyer came out of retirement to take his first National Football League (NFL) job as head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars, but was fired 13 games into his first and only season, after going 2–11 and being involved in both on- and off-field controversies. He then went back to Fox Sports to resume his broadcasting career.
DeLisha Lachell Milton-Jones is an American retired professional basketball player and head coach of Old Dominion. Milton-Jones played college basketball for the University of Florida. She was a first-team All-American and SEC Player of the Year her senior season.
Mickie Faye DeMoss is a former American college basketball coach and player. She was the women's head coach at the University of Florida and the University of Kentucky. She was also an assistant coach at Louisiana Tech University, University of Tennessee, University of Texas, Auburn University, Memphis State University, and the WNBA's Indiana Fever. DeMoss was inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 2018 as a Contributor - Assistant Coach. She retired after 45 years of coaching basketball in some capacity in July 2022, while chief of staff for Georgia Tech women's basketball.
Danielle Ruth Fotopoulos is an American soccer coach and former player. Fotopoulos holds the all-time National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I records for goals and points, and was a member of the University of Florida team that won the 1998 NCAA women's soccer championship, and also the United States national team that won the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup. She was the head coach of the Eckerd women's soccer team until 2022.
Carolyn Arlene Peck is an American television sportscaster and former college basketball coach. She was the head coach for the women's basketball teams of Purdue University and the University of Florida, and also the first head coach-general manager in the history of the WNBA's Orlando Miracle. Peck was also an associate head coach for her alma mater, Vanderbilt University.
Holly Rowe is an American sports telecaster for the ESPN sports television network, as a sideline reporter for college football and basketball games. Rowe made Utah Jazz history on October 22, 2021 as the team's first female commentator in a game against the Sacramento Kings
