Stella Isodo Apolot is a Ugandan Legislator who as of March 2021 is the Women's Representative-elect for Ngora District. Politically, she is affiliated to the Forum for Democratic Change party.
She is affiliated to the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party under whose ticket she contested in Uganda's 2016 and 2021 general election. [1] She was declared the party flagbearer in August 2020 after defeating her rival in the party primaries. [2]
She had initially contested for the seat in 2016 and lost to Jacqueline Amongin. [3]
Apolot married to Samuel Isodo, a lawyer; they have three children: Apio Joanne, Isodo Arnold and Okiror AllanBill. [4]
Warren Kizza Besigye Kifefe, known as Colonel Dr. Kizza Besigye, is a Ugandan physician, politician, and former military officer of the Uganda People's Defence Force. He served as the president of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) political party and was an unsuccessful candidate in Uganda's 2001, 2006, 2011, and 2016 presidential elections, losing all of them to the incumbent, Yoweri Museveni, who has been president of Uganda since 26 January 1986.
