Stephanie Tum is a Cameroonian actress, model and philanthropist. [1] She is known for her role in the 2011 movie Pink Poison.
Stephanie, started her acting career in 2009 and quit the screen until her return in 2013 in the movie "Viri" according to an interview with celebrity website Dcodedtv, she explains her reason for the long break:
“I couldn’t concentrate on work, my career as an actress and my family all at the same time, I have returned now because I am at a right place in my life to take chances to fully commit myself in my acting career since I no longer work in the oilfield and have more time to myself to pursue my passion and other interest. I am dedicated to building my career as an actress/producer and take care of my family”.

Tum is a mother of two boys. [4] In 2018 she began a charity foundation to sensitize young women on menstrual hygiene, and to distribute free sanitary pads. [5] [6] Her campaign GirlsAndHygiene seeks to promote and encourage safe and clean physical practices among young girls in Cameroon. [6]

Cindy Cunningham is a fictional character from the British soap opera Hollyoaks, played by Stephanie Waring. Humans For Humanity (HFH) is a non-governmental organization, founded by renowned social worker Anurag Chauhan, headquartered in Dehradun, India. It is working to bring awareness about menstrual health, hygiene among women across India. It is providing health, hygiene and comfort to women, especially in poverty-stricken and rural areas in India. The organization empowers women by educating women and young girls on menstruation and menstrual hygiene, and by conducting workshops to produce low-cost sanitary pads. The WASH project started by Humans For Humanity has reached over 3 million women in over 6 states in India in the last 6 years, as of October 2020.
The Planter's Plantation is a 2022 Cameroonian musical drama film written, produced and directed by Eystein Young Dingha. An allegory to neocolonization, the film is Cameroon's entry for Best International Feature Film at the 2023 Academy Awards. It won two special prizes at the 2023 FESPACO namely The Ousmane Sembene Special Prize and the Plan International Price for a film on the rights of Women and the girl child. The Film has been highly acclaimed for its selection and outstanding performances in festival such as The African International Film Festival, FESPACO, Ecran Noirs Film festival, Uganda Film Festival, Luanda Film Festival, Khouribga International Film Festival, Yarha Film Festival, Al Ain Film Festival, Montpellier Film Festival, Cameroon International film festival where it won prices ranging from Best Film, Ecran D’Or, Best Actress. It made history for being the first Cameroonian film to be nominated for an AMVCA for its best Actress Nimo Loveline.
