Frank Höfle is a disabled German biathlete and cross-country skier. He first participated in the Winter Paralympic Games in 1984 and won his first medal, a gold, in 1988. He has competed in every Winter Paralympics since then until 2010, winning a total of 21 medals, 13 of them gold. He has competed in cycling at the Summer Paralympics twice, in 1992 and 1996, and won an additional one gold and two bronze medals.
Below is an all-time medal table for all Paralympic Games from 1960 to 2024. The International Paralympic Committee does not publish all-time tables, and publishes unofficial tables only per single Games. This table was thus compiled by collating single entries from the IPC database. This medal table also includes medals won at the 1992 Summer Paralympics for Intellectually Disabled, held in Madrid, which also organized by the International Coordination Committee (ICC) and same Organizing Committee (COOB'92) that directed the 1992 Summer Paralympics held in Barcelona, however the results are not included in the International Paralympic Committee's (IPC) database.

Andre Beaudoin is a Paralympic athlete from Canada competing mainly in category T52 sprint events.
Sergey Sevostianov,, sometimes Sergei Sevastianov, is a blind Paralympian track and field athlete from Russia competing in pentathlon and jumping events.
Michael McCreadie is a Paralympian with successes in lawn bowls and wheelchair curling. He made his debut at the 1972 Summer Paralympics in Heidelberg as a swimmer. He won two bronze medals in lawn bowls at the 1976 Summer Paralympics. He also competed in swimming and wheelchair basketball at the same Games and captained the British wheelchair basketball team at the 1980 Summer Paralympics. After that he coached the British wheelchair basketball team at the 1988 and 1992 Summer Paralympics.
Liechtenstein made its Paralympic Games début at the 1984 Summer Paralympics in Stoke Mandeville and New York City, entering just one athlete in athletics. The country competed again at the 1988 and 1992 Summer Games, and at the 1992 and 1994 Winter Games. It was then absent from the Paralympics until the 2004 Summer Games in Athens, where it sent just one table tennis player, Peter Frommelt. Liechtenstein was absent from the 2006 and 2010 Winter Games and the 2008 Summer Games.
Zimbabwe has been competing at the Paralympic Games since the country became independent in 1980; it had previously competed as Rhodesia. Zimbabwe was absent from the Games in 1988 and 1992, returning in 1996 with a two-man delegation, and has competed at every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then. It has never taken part in the Winter Paralympics.
Uruguay made its Paralympic Games début at the 1992 Summer Paralympics in Barcelona, sending just two representatives to compete in track and field. The country has competed in every subsequent edition of the Summer Paralympics, but never in the Winter Paralympics. Its delegations have always been small, never consisting in more than three competitors.
Myanmar has been a sporadic participant in the Paralympic Games. It first competed, as Burma, at the 1976 Summer Paralympics in Toronto, with a delegation in track and field and shooting. These athletes were fairly successful, Tin Ngwe becoming Burma's first Paralympic champion by winning the men's 100m sprint in the C1 category. Aung Than won silver in the same event, while Tin Win took bronze in the men's 100m in category C. Burma was absent from the 1980 Games, returning in 1984 to take part in volleyball and track and field. Tin Ngwe, in category A3, won gold in the men's high jump, and silver in the long jump, while Aung Gyi won silver and bronze, respectively, in those same two events. In both Burma's appearances in the Paralympics, it fielded all-male delegations.
Jonathan Ward is a paralympic athlete from Great Britain competing mainly in category F13 throwing events.
Gregory Stephen Smith, OAM is an Australian Paralympic athlete and wheelchair rugby player who won three gold medals in athletics at the 2000 Summer Paralympics, and a gold medal in wheelchair rugby at the 2012 Summer Paralympics, where he was the flag bearer at the opening ceremony.
Mineho Ozaki is a paralympic athlete from Japan competing mainly in category F11 javelin and long jump events.
Netherlands competed at the 1988 Summer Paralympics in Seoul, South Korea. The team included 110 athletes, 76 men and 34 women. Competitors from Netherlands won 83 medals, including 30 gold, 24 silver and 29 bronze to finish 8th in the medal table.
José Ortiz is a paralympic athlete from Spain competing mainly in category B2 marathon events.
Nigel Coultas is a paralympic athlete from Great Britain competing mainly in category TS4 sprint events.
Gerhard Scharf is an Austrian Paralympic athlete and para table tennis player. At the 1984 Summer Paralympics he competed in athletics and at the Summer Paralympics of 1988, 1992, 1996 and 2000 he competed in individual and team para table tennis events. In total he won one gold medal, one silver medal and one bronze medal at the Summer Paralympics, all in table tennis.
Zvi Karsh competed for Israel in men's standing volleyball at the 1980 Summer Paralympics, 1984 Summer Paralympics, 1988 Summer Paralympics, and 1992 Summer Paralympics. As a member of the Israeli team, he won gold medals in 1980 and 1984 and a silver medal in 1988.
Siegmund Soicke competed for West Germany in the men's standing volleyball event at the 1988 Summer Paralympics, where he won a gold medal.
Jerzy Dabrowski competed for Poland in the men's standing volleyball event at the 1988 Summer Paralympics, where he won a bronze medal.
