Stephen Graham Ford Mills (born 24 February 1951) is a former England international rugby union player. [1] A hooker, he played his club rugby for Gloucester.
Mills was born in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, and educated at Cirencester Grammar School and Gloucestershire Technical College. His first rugby club was Cirencester RFC. He moved to Gloucester in 1975, playing 303 games for the Cherry & Whites before retiring in 1985. He represented Gloucestershire, The South and South West and the Barbarians. He captained England 'B' in 1980 and won five full caps for England.

Philip John Vickery MBE DL is a former English rugby union tighthead prop and member of the England squad. He was a member of England's World Cup winning squad in 2003, playing in all seven matches in the tournament, and is a former England captain. Vickery ended his club rugby career at London Wasps, joining the London side in 2006 after eleven years with Gloucester Rugby. Given the nickname "Raging Bull", he played in three Rugby World Cups, including as England captain in the 2007 tournament, and toured Australia and South Africa with the British & Irish Lions. Howard Marshall OBE was an English rugby union half-back who played club rugby for Blackheath and Richmond and was a member of the first official British Isles tour in 1891. Marshall played just one game for England, scoring a hat-trick of tries on his debut. It is thought, through historical records and the detective work of Sunderland based sport and social historian Keith Gregson, that Marshall sustained a severe knee injury which curtailed his rugby career.
Counties 1 Western North is an English rugby union league. Originally a single division called Western Counties, in 1996 the division split into two regional leagues called Western Counties North and Western Counties West. Western Counties North was renamed Counties 1 Western North prior to the 2022–23 season and is currently a seventh tier league for clubs based in the south-west of England; mainly Bristol, Gloucestershire and Somerset. The champions are promoted to South West 1 West and the runner-up plays the second team in Western Counties West, with the winning team gaining promotion. The number of teams relegated depends on feedback following promotion and relegation in the leagues above, but is usually two or three to Gloucester Premier and Somerset Premier. Although 2nd XV rugby is part of the Somerset regional league system, only 1st XV teams are allowed in Tribute Western Counties North. Since 2021/22 2nd xv teams have been allowed in Counties 1 Tribute Western North but under current RFU Rules they are unable to be promoted beyond here.

Each year clubs in this division also take part in the RFU Junior Vase - a level 9-12 national competition.
