The Brock Badgers are the athletics teams that represent Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario. To date, the Badgers have won 47 National Championships and 94 Ontario Championships, and are members of the OUA, U Sports, CUFLA, CURC, OIWFA and OUBHL.

Shawn Williams is the inaugural General Manager and Head Coach of the Las Vegas Desert Dogs in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). He is a former Canadian lacrosse player who played for the Ontario Raiders, Toronto Rock, Buffalo Bandits, Rochester Knighthawks and Edmonton Rush of the NLL and the Hamilton Nationals of Major League Lacrosse. He was also previously a scout for the Buffalo Bandits and assistant coach with the Colorado Mammoth. He was inducted to the NLL Hall of Fame in 2021 as a first ballot nominee.
Cam Woods is a professional lacrosse player for the Toronto Rock of the National Lacrosse League. Woods tied with Taylor Wray for the Defensive Player of the Year Award in 2004, and was a 4 time all star. Woods was named as the captain in his second season with the Albany Attack and then served as team captain for the next 7 seasons before being traded to the Rock. Woods won his first NLL champions cup in 2011 with the Toronto Rock, to go along with his 2 Mann cups. Cam is a father of two children, Avalyn and Marchel Woods.
The St. Catharines Athletics are a Junior "A" box lacrosse team from St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. The Athletics play in the OLA Junior A Lacrosse League. Since 2022 the organization has also operated a Junior "B" franchise of the same name that plays in the OJBLL.
Mark Steenhuis is a Canadian former professional lacrosse player who last played for the Buffalo Bandits in the National Lacrosse League (NLL) and formerly with the Hamilton Nationals of Major League Lacrosse (MLL).
Derek Keenan is a former lacrosse player, and current head coach and general manager of the Saskatchewan Rush of the National Lacrosse League. Keenan has won the NLL GM of the Year award and the Les Bartley Award for Coach of the Year three times each; he won both awards in 2006, 2010, and 2014 though he shared the 2010 Bartley Award with Chris Hall.

Peter Lough is a former lacrosse player in the National Lacrosse League. In his eight-year NLL career, Lough played for the Montreal Express, Columbus Landsharks, Arizona Sting, and Toronto Rock.
Pat McCready is a retired Canadian lacrosse player who played most of his National Lacrosse League career for Rochester Knighthawks, Buffalo Bandits, Toronto Rock, and Charlotte Cobras. As of 2013, he ranks third in NLL history in loose balls (1,593), second in penalty minutes (468), and seventh in games played (219).
Matt Vinc is a Canadian professional lacrosse goaltender who plays for the Buffalo Bandits in the National Lacrosse League and for the Peterborough Lakers of the Major Series Lacrosse.

Adam Jones is a professional Canadian lacrosse player who plays for the Toronto Rock in the National Lacrosse League. Jones is also a member of Owen Sound Northstars in the Ontario Senior B lacrosse league and the Langley Thunder in the Western Lacrosse Association (WLA). In 2013 he was named the sixteenth best indoor lacrosse player in the world by Ilindoor magazine.
Derek Suddons is a professional lacrosse player who most recently played for the New England Black Wolves of the National Lacrosse League and the Brooklin Redmen of Major Series Lacrosse. A member of the 1997 and 1999 Minto Cup winning Whitby Warriors club, Suddons played lacrosse collegiality for the University of Hartford Hawks. He was drafted by the Columbus Landsharks in the first round of the 2001 NLL Entry Draft, and has since enjoyed a lengthy career in the NLL.
Joe Resetarits is a professional lacrosse player for the Philadelphia Wings. A native of Hamburg, New York, Resetarits was a lacrosse standout at Hamburg High School before attending the University at Albany, where he was selected as the American East Conference Player of the Year and received an All-American honorable mention while rooming with Franklin Delanor Romanowski and Lomez.
Kevin Brownell is a professional lacrosse player for the Buffalo Bandits of the National Lacrosse League and the Brooklin Redmen of Major Series Lacrosse. Hailing from Millgrove, Ontario, Brownell played collegiality at Robert Morris University, where he received all-Northeastern Conference first team honors. Brownell was drafted in the third round of the 2012 by the Bandits, beginning his rookie season on the practice roster, and working his way up to the active roster. He has played for the Brooklin Redmen since 2010, and has also played for the Burlington Chiefs of the Ontario Junior A Lacrosse League.
Kurtis Wagar is a retired professional lacrosse goaltender, who spent 9 years in the National Lacrosse League. He began his amateur career with the St. Catharines Athletics of the Ontario Junior A Lacrosse League, played collegiality for the Brock Badgers, and was drafted in the third round of the 2006 NLL Entry Draft by the Edmonton Rush. Wagar spent two seasons with the Rush before he was traded along with Brenden Thenhaus to the Boston Blazers in exchange for Cam Bergman. The Blazers subsequently dealt him to the New York Titans for Anthony Kelly. He spent 2009 with the Titans, and moved with them to Orlando in 2010. When the Titans folded, he was taken in the second round of the dispersal draft by the Calgary Roughnecks, but was released before the season and signed with the Philadelphia Wings. Wagar spent two seasons with the Wings before signing with the Buffalo Bandits. He played two seasons with the Bandits before retiring in 2014.
Glen Bryan is a professional lacrosse player for the Toronto Rock of the National Lacrosse League and the Kitchener-Waterloo Kodiaks of Major Series Lacrosse. Hailing from Orangeville, Ontario, Bryan began his amateur career with the Orangeville Jr B Northmen, and worked his way up to the Jr A Northmen, with whom he won back-to-back Minto Cups in 2008 and 2009. He made his MSL debut in 2010 with the Brooklin Redmen, was drafted 5th overall by the Redmen in the 2011 MSL draft, and joined the Kodiaks in 2012. Bryan played collegiality at Wilfrid Laurier University, where he studied accounting.
Zachary "Zach" Higgins is a Canadian professional lacrosse player for the Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League and the Brooklin Redmen of Major Series Lacrosse. Hailing from Courtice, Ontario, Higgins began his Canadian amateur career with the Jr. B Clarington Green Gaels, where he won his league's Goaltender of the Year Award in 2007 and 2008. He moved up to the Jr. A Whitby Warriors, where he won a Minto Cup as the team's starter in 2011. He made his MSL debut with the Redmen in 2012. Higgins attended Courtice Secondary School, and went on to play lacrosse at Davenport University, where he was a two-time first team all-CCLA award winner.
Jordan Houtby is a professional lacrosse player with the Georgia Swarm of the National Lacrosse League and the Brooklin Redmen of Major Series Lacrosse. Hailing from St. Catharines, Ontario, Houtby began his Canadian amateur career with the Jr. B St. Catharines Spartans before being called up to the Jr. A St. Catharines Athletics. He played for the Athletics through 2012, when he was traded to the Whitby Warriors for their playoff run. Houtby was drafted 22nd overall in the 2013 MSL Draft by the Brooklin Redmen, and made his debut for the Redmen that summer. Houtby attended Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School in St. Catharines, with whom he won regional championships in 2007 and 2008, and went on to play lacrosse at the Detroit Titans, where he was named MAAC Long Stick Midfield Player of the Year in 2011 and 2012.
