Stokes Bay (or Stokes' Bay) may refer to:
Kangaroo Island, also known as Karta Pintingga, is Australia's third-largest island, after Tasmania and Melville Island. It lies in the state of South Australia, 112 km (70 mi) southwest of Adelaide. Its closest point to the mainland is Snapper Point in Backstairs Passage, which is 13.5 km (8.4 mi) from the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Seal Bay Conservation Park is a protected area located on the south coast of Kangaroo Island in the Australian state of South Australia. It is the home of the third largest Australian sea lion colony in Australia.
Investigator Strait is a body of water in South Australia lying between the Yorke Peninsula, on the Australian mainland, and Kangaroo Island. It was named by Matthew Flinders after his ship, HMS Investigator, on his voyage of 1801–1802. It is bordered by the Gulf St Vincent in the northeast.

Vivonne Bay is a bay in the Australian state of South Australia located on the south coast of Kangaroo Island about 61 kilometres (38 mi) from Kingscote, the island's main town, and which was named by the members of Baudin expedition to Australia who visited the bay in January 1803. In a survey of 10,000 beaches by Professor Andrew Short, director of Sydney University's marine studies centre, the beach at Vivonne Bay was adjudged as the best in Australia.
Loch Vennachar was an iron-hulled, three-masted clipper ship that was built in Scotland in 1875 and lost with all hands off the coast of South Australia in 1905. She spent her entire career with the Glasgow Shipping Company, trading between Britain and Australia. The company was familiarly called the "Loch Line", as all of its ships were named after Scottish lochs. The ship was named after Loch Venachar, in what was then Perthshire.

Stokes Bay is a bay in South Australia on the northern coast of Kangaroo Island located about 38 kilometres (24 mi) west of the town of Kingscote. It is described as being the largest of a number of coves located along the coast between Cape Dutton about 3 nautical miles (5.6 km) to the west and Cape Cassini about 7 nautical miles (13 km) to the east. The source of the bay's name is reported as taking its names from "supposedly takes its name from the first mate of the Hartley which arrived in South Australia in October 1837" and is not to be confused with a Henry Stokes (c.1808-1898), a sealer who lived on Kangaroo Island prior to 1836 or a John Stokes who arrived on the island in 1817 and who is reported as residing at Stokes Bay.
Lathami Conservation Park is a protected area in the Australian state of South Australia on the north coast of Kangaroo Island located in the locality of Cassini about 1 kilometre east of Stokes Bay and about 17 kilometres north of Parndana. It was proclaimed on 1 October 1987 to protect important nesting and foraging habitat for the Glossy Black Cockatoo, after which the conservation park was named.
Cape Gantheaume is a headland located on the south coast of Kangaroo Island in South Australia. It was named after Vice admiral Honoré Joseph Antoine Ganteaume (1755–1818) by the Baudin expedition to Australia during 1803. It is currently located within the protected area known as the Cape Gantheaume Wilderness Protection Area.
Point Marsden is a headland located on the north coast of Kangaroo Island in South Australia. It was named after William Marsden, Second Secretary to the Admiralty by Matthew Flinders in 1802. It is the western extremity of Nepean Bay and has been the site of a navigation aid since 1915.

Its boundaries were created in March 2002 for the “long established name” and includes the Stokes Bay Shack Site. Land use in the locality is principally for agricultural purposes with activity limited on the coastline to the north for conservation purposes. A settlement also occupies land immediately adjoining the bay of the same name. Stokes Bay is located within the federal division of Mayo, the state electoral district of Mawson and the local government area of the Kangaroo Island Council.
Cuttlefish Bay is a locality in the Australian state of South Australia located on the north coast of Dudley Peninsula on Kangaroo Island overlooking Backstairs Passage about 106 kilometres south of the state capital of Adelaide and about 8 kilometres east of Penneshaw. Its boundaries were created in March 2002 while its name was derived from Cuttlefish Bay, a bay located on its coastline with Backstairs Passage. Land use within the locality is concerned with agriculture while land adjoining the coastline has additional statutory constraints to “conserve the natural features of the coast.” Cuttlefish Bay is located within the federal division of Mayo, the state electoral district of Mawson and the local government area of the Kangaroo Island Council.

County of Carnarvon is a cadastral unit located in the Australian state of South Australia which covers the full extent of Kangaroo Island. It was proclaimed in 1874 by Governor Musgrave in response to the demand for agriculture land on Kangaroo Island.
Southern Kangaroo Island Marine Park is a marine protected area in the Australian state of South Australia located in state coastal waters adjoining both the south coast of Kangaroo Island and a group of islets located to the south of Kangaroo Island.
Smith Bay is a bay on the north coast of Kangaroo Island in South Australia. It lies west of Cape D'Estaing and is accessible from land in the locality of Wisanger via the North Coast Road. Smith Creek empties into the western end of the bay. Between 2014 and 2021 it was the site of a proposed port for the export of timber and receipt of passenger and cargo vessels. Yumbah Aquaculture has been commercially producing abalone by drawing water and returning it to the bay since 1995. Smith Bay lies within a Mission Blue Hope Spot that was declared in 2020 and encompasses the north coast of Kangaroo Island.
