Strutt & Parker is one of the largest property consultancies in the UK with a network of 60 offices, 10 in prime central London.

It was founded in 1885, [1] by the partnership of two friends, Hon. Edward Gerald Strutt and Charles Alfred Parker. [2]

In 2017 Strutt & Parker was acquired by BNP Paribas Real Estate, part of the BNP Paribas Group. [3]

The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is a tennis facility in Indian Wells, near Palm Springs, California, in the Coachella Valley. The 16,100-capacity Stadium 1 is the largest stadium at the tennis complex, and the second largest outdoor tennis stadium in the world. It is the home of the BNP Paribas Open, a joint event of both the men's ATP World Tour and the women's WTA Tour, and constitutes the fifth largest tournament in the world, held each year in March. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden also hosts junior and adult United States Tennis Association events year-round. In addition to these large events, during the week members can use the courts for recreational play, and the Tennis Garden sets up matches for individuals who want to play. Additionally, the venue offers clinics, and there are professionals on staff available for a fee.

BNP Paribas Real Estate, formerly Atisreal, is a European commercial property consultancy company and subsidiary of BNP Paribas with around 2,600 employees in 51 cities. Its headquarters were in Levallois-Perret, France. In June 2009 the Atisreal brand was dropped and the BNP Paribas Real Estate brand replaced it.
