Subiaco-Floreat Cricket Club is one of the sixteen cricket clubs playing in the Western Australian Grade Cricket competition. [1] It was founded in 1977 [2] as a result of the amalgamation of Subiaco Cricket Club and Floreat Park Cricket Club.
The Subiaco Club was formed in 1907 [3] when it was admitted to the Western Australian Cricket Association. Notable former players included former Prime Minister of Australia Bob Hawke, John Rutherford and Des Hoare.
Floreat Park Cricket Club was founded in 1956 and played in the WACA 2nd Grade. Notable former players from there included Australian captain Kim Hughes and Terry Alderman.
The club's main ground is Floreat Oval, on the corner of Oceanic Drive and Ulster Road, Floreat.

Kimberley John Hughes is a former cricketer who played for Western Australia, Natal and Australia. He captained Australia in 28 Test matches between 1979 and 1984 before captaining a rebel Australian team in a tour of South Africa, a country which at the time was subject to a sporting boycott opposing apartheid.
The WACA Ground ) is a sports stadium in Perth, Western Australia. The stadium's name derives from the initials of its owners and operators, the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA).
The Western Australian Men’s cricket team, formerly nicknamed the Western Warriors, represent the Australian state of Western Australia in Australian domestic cricket. The team is selected and supported by the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA), and plays its home games at the WACA Ground and Perth Stadium in Perth. Subiaco Marist Cricket Club (SMCC) is a cricket club based in Churchlands, Western Australia. The office of the club is in Newman College. This is also the location of the 1st XI home ground John Lucas Oval, Newman College.
WA Premier Cricket in Western Australia refers to the semi-professional cricket league played at a level below the first-class Western Warriors and other state teams. The competition is administered by the Western Australian Cricket Association. It is the premier club cricket competition in Western Australia and players vying for Western Warriors and national team selection are typically chosen from Premier Cricket competition clubs. Retiring international and first-class players wishing to continue playing will generally return to their original Premier Cricket club. There are currently 16 teams in the competition.

Oswald Ifould Lovelock was an Australian sportsman and sports administrator. He represented Western Australia at cricket and baseball, and also played football for West Perth in the West Australian National Football League (WANFL). In later life, he took up golf, winning several tournaments at clubs in Western Australia, and went on to serve as president of the Subiaco Football Club.
Matthew Stuart Garnaut is a former Australian sportsman who played Australian rules football for the East Perth Football Club in the West Australian Football League (WAFL) and cricket for Western Australia.
Peter Henderson was an Australian cricketer who played a single match for Western Australia. Born in Mount Barker, Western Australia, Henderson represented Western Australia at under-19s level, and later attended the Western Australian Institute of Sport. His sole match at state level came during the 1987–88 McDonald's Cup, a limited-overs knockout competition.
Douglas James Harris is a former Australian cricketer. From Perth, Harris excelled at junior levels, and represented the Australian national under-19 cricket team in a three-Test series during the 1980–81 season. He was named Man of the Series after scoring 195 runs from five innings. From the early 1980s, Harris was regularly selected in state colts and second XI matches, though Tim Zoehrer was generally the first-choice wicket-keeper at state level. In a Sheffield Shield match against South Australia during the 1985–86 season, Western Australia's wicket-keeper Michael Cox was unavailable to keep wicket in South Australia's second innings. Despite not having been named twelfth man, Harris substituted for Cox as wicket-keeper, and recorded two stumpings off the bowling of Wayne Andrews. However, these dismissals are not included in his career records.
Kenneth Edward Lilly is a former Australian cricketer. From Perth, Lilly played several matches for the state colts team from the early 1980s onwards, but did not make his debut at senior level until the 1988–89 season, when he was aged 29. A right-arm fast bowler, he played two Sheffield Shield matches late in the season, as well as a single match in the limited-overs FA Insurance Cup. Lilly made his first-class debut against Victoria in January 1989 at the WACA Ground, taking 3/72 in the first innings and four wickets for the match. His second first-class match came against New South Wales the following month. He took two wickets in the match, but finished with an economy rate of 5.48 from his 21 overs, failing to bowl a maiden. Lilly's only one-day game at state level came between his two Sheffield Shield matches. He took 1/19 from five overs, helping to dismiss Tasmania for 121 runs. Lilly did not play at state level again, with Western Australia's fast-bowling stocks including several Australian internationals, notably Terry Alderman, Ken MacLeay, Chris Matthews, and Bruce Reid. However, he remained active at grade cricket level, and later coached North Perth, where he was involved in the establishment of a trophy commemorating former state player Mark McPhee.

Cameron Donald Green is an Australian cricketer who plays for Western Australia and Perth Scorchers as a batting all-rounder. He made his international debut for the Australian national cricket team in December 2020.
