St. John's Episcopal Hospital was founded in 1871 as a sectarian hospital. It was later known as St. John's Hospital of Brooklyn, 1545 Atlantic Avenue, in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Central Brooklyn, and became a major teaching affiliate of the State University of New York Downstate Medical School. In 1982 they merged with the larger Brooklyn Jewish Hospital and Medical Center, forming Interfaith Medical Center. After severe financial difficulties, Interfaith closed. Both sites became apartments.

Albany Memorial Hospital was a member of the three hospital Northeast Health System, which is a member of St. Peter's Health Partners (SPHP), which is a member of Trinity Health. Albany Memorial, a 165-bed hospital, merged with, and became a third campus of Samaritan Hospital, in 2020.

Samaritan Hospital is a community hospital in upstate New York and a founding member of Northeast Health System and managed by St. Peter's Health Partners.

Arnot Ogden Medical Center is a 19th-century-founded medical facility in upstate New York previously known as Arnot-Ogden Memorial Hospital.
