Sunshine Blind was an American goth/trip hop/darkwave band started in 1991 by CWHK and Caroline Blind. They released four albums before breaking up in 2003.
Sunshine Blind was formed in New York/New Jersey area in 1991 by core members CWHK and Caroline Blind. [1] In 1994 they launched a demo cassette, Sunshine Blind, and one year later they launched their first professional album, Love the Sky to Death, with Scream Records. In 1997 they launched a new album, Liquid, with Energy Rekords and started to work in new songs. [2]
In 1997 after many tours in the United States, Energy Records disappeared and Sunshine Blind couldn't find a new discography. Caroline Blind recalled about those years: "Since we had a lot of bills and debts to pay, we had to live on day jobs for a while." [3] Eventually they reunited to do a UK tour and started to work on a fourth CD. [4] In 2003 they launched the new album, but they dissolved some months later.
Next project by most of the remaining members was Fear Makes Perfect, which never found its sound before it dissolved in October 2004. Caroline Blind of both bands, works independently on music at the moment.

Veruca Salt is an American alternative rock band founded in Chicago, Illinois, in 1992 by vocalist-guitarists Nina Gordon and Louise Post, drummer Jim Shapiro and bassist Steve Lack. They are best known for their first single, "Seether", that was released on the 1994 album American Thighs. They followed up that success with 1997's Eight Arms to Hold You. By 1998, Post was the only original member still in the band and continued on with other musicians. Veruca Salt released the album Resolver in 2000 and the album IV in 2006. After a hiatus in 2012, the band reformed with its original lineup. Their fifth studio album, Ghost Notes, was released in 2015.

Pro-Pain is an American heavy metal band based in New York City, formed in 1991 by vocalist and bassist Gary Meskil and drummer Dan Richardson, both former members of Crumbsuckers. Their debut album Foul Taste of Freedom was released in 1992, displaying hardcore punk and rap metal influences, after which the band was signed to Roadrunner Records, who reissued the album the following year. Their second album The Truth Hurts was initially banned due to the sleeve artwork, featuring a picture of a stitched-up woman after an autopsy.

In a Pit Magazine interview, vocalist Dax Riggs classified their sound as "death rock". In another interview, guitarist Sammy Duet described their sound as "gothic hardcore". They broke up after the death of bassist Audie Pitre in a traffic collision in January 1997.
Bella Morte is a gothic band that was formed in 1996 in Charlottesville, Virginia, United States. They incorporate elements of metal, dark wave, deathrock, alternative and synthpop. The band's name means "beautiful death" in Italian. According to Andy Deane, the name was chosen to "suggest that beauty can be found in tragedy", which is a theme occurring in every Bella Morte album.
