Sur Sports Complex

The Sur Sports Complex Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Sur, Oman. It is used mainly for holding football matches and also sometimes for athletics. It is the home stadium of Oman Professional League side Sur FC. The stadium has a capacity of 8,000 [1] spectators and was opened in 1996.

Al-Sa'ada Stadium, which is part of Al-Sa'ada Sports Complex, is a government-owned multi-use stadium in the Al-Sa'ada district of Salalah, in southern Oman. The stadium is used only for football matches and is the home stadium of Salalah-based clubs Dhofar, and Al-Nasr. The stadium originally had a capacity of an estimated 12,000 people, but following renovation in 2010 the stadium became an all-seater, decreasing the maximum capacity to an estimated 8-9,000 spectators. Although opened officially in 2009, the stadium has been undergoing renovation ever since, and because of protest from the football community in the city because of the unexpected outcome, the stadium has undergone a plan to eventually house close to 20,000 spectators.

Nizwa Sports Complex is a multi-use stadium in Nizwa, Oman. It is currently used mostly for hosting football matches and is the home ground of Al-Khabourah SC of the Omani League. The stadium has a capacity of 14,400 spectators.

The stadium is government owned, but they also have their own stadium and sports equipment, as well as their own training facilities.

The 2014–15 Oman Professional League was the 39th edition of the top football league in Oman. The season began on 11 September 2014, and concluded on 28 May 2015. Al-Nahda Club were the defending champions, having won their third title in the 2013–14 season. On 9 May 2015, Al-Oruba SC were crowned the champions of the 2014–15 Oman Professional League with three games to spare after Sur SC was held to a 2–2 draw by Al-Suwaiq Club at the Al-Seeb Stadium. Al-Oruba who had beaten Sohar SC, 1–0 on Friday took their tally to 48 points from 23 matches, gaining an unassailable lead of eight points ahead of second-placed Sur. Sur, which needed to win on Saturday to keep their title hopes alive, and settled for one point to take its tally to 40 points, helping the fierce rivals from Sur city to win their 4th domestic title.
