Susan Kathryn Appleby (born 21 December 1970; also known as Susan Kathryn Appleby) is a former English female rugby union player. She represented England at the 1998 and 2002 Women's Rugby World Cup. [1] She was an assistant coach for the England Women's sevens. [2] [3]

She was a police officer, [4] and is currently Head Coach of Exeter Chief's Women. She was a runner-up on SAS: Are You Tough Enough? [5]

Exeter Chiefs Women are a professional women's rugby union team based in Exeter, Devon, England. They were founded in 2019 to take part in the Premier 15s, the top level of English women's rugby. They are based at Sandy Park and are affiliated to Premiership Rugby's Exeter Chiefs. The side is coached by Head Coach, Susie Appleby. Poppy Leitch captains the side.
