The men's 200 metre breaststroke heats and semifinals at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games took place on August 17 and the final took place on August 18 at the Singapore Sports School.

Singapore Sports School

Singapore Sports School is a Specialised Independent School in Singapore that offers an integrated sports and academic programme for secondary and post-secondary students. The school was officially opened on 2 April 2004 by Goh Chok Tong, Singapore’s second Prime Minister. Singapore Sports School is under the purview of the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.

The Bahamas sent a delegation of athletes to compete in the 2008 Summer Olympics, which were held in Beijing, People's Republic of China from 8 to 24 August 2008. Its Beijing appearance marked its fourteenth time at the Olympics since its début at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki.
