Sébastien Descons (born 13 May 1983) is a French rugby union player. His position is Scrum-half and he currently plays for Racing Métro 92 in the Top 14. [1] He began his career with USA Perpignan, playing just seven games in two seasons before dropping down to Section Paloise in the Pro D2. He joined Racing Métro in 2011.

There is promotion and relegation between the Top 14 and the next level down, the Rugby Pro D2. The fourteen best rugby teams in France participate in the competition, hence the name Top 14. The competition was previously known as the Top 16.

They were called Racing Métro 92 between 2001 and 2015, when they changed the name to Racing 92.
