Tahj Jakins (born November 11, 1975, in Salt Lake City, Utah) is a retired American soccer defender who played five seasons in Major League Soccer.
Born in Utah, Jakins grew up in southern California, playing for the North Huntington Beach Futbol Club. [1] In 1993, he entered UCLA where he played on the school's soccer team. In 1996, he earned first team All American recognition. [2] That year, he also played in two games with the U.S. national B-Team, but was never called up to the senior national team. [3]
On February 1, 1997, the Colorado Rapids selected Jakins with the first pick in the 1997 MLS College Draft. He was a regular with the Rapids for three seasons. In 2000, he played one game before being waived on April 7, 2000. [4] The Kansas City Wizards then signed him. He played two games for them that season, but spent several loan periods away from the team. In 2000, he played for the MLS Pro-40 [5] and Raleigh Capital Express of the USL A-League. [6] In 2001, he went on loan to the Pittsburgh Riverhounds. The Wizards waived Jakins on November 17, 2001. [7] He may have also played for the Minnesota Thunder. [8]
Kerry Zavagnin is an American former professional soccer player who is an assistant coach with Sporting Kansas City. A defensive midfielder, he spent most of his career with Kansas City Wizards of Major League Soccer. He made 21 appearances for the United States national team.
Christopher Henderson is an American former professional soccer player who played as a midfielder. He earned 79 caps with the U.S. national team and part of the U.S. team at the 1992 Summer Olympics. At the time of his retirement from Major League Soccer, he was the league's all-time leader in games played. Henderson served as the technical director of Seattle Sounders FC from 2008 to 2021. He is the chief soccer officer and sporting director of Inter Miami CF.
Matthew (Matt) John McKeon is an American retired soccer midfielder who played seven seasons in Major League Soccer. He earned two caps with the United States men's national soccer team and was a member of the 1996 U.S. Olympic soccer team.
Wes Hart is an American soccer coach, and the current head coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide women's soccer team. Hart played six season in Major League Soccer as a defender with the Colorado Rapids and San Jose Earthquakes.

In January 2023, he was criminally convicted of aggravated menacing in the Athens County Municipal Court for threatening a special needs student-worker at Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio.
