"Talking" is a single release from British indie rock band The Rifles. It was made available as a free download and on a one-sided 7" vinyl.

The song was given the accolade of 'Hottest Record in the World' by BBC Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe, and hit number 48 on the UK Singles Chart on downloads alone.[ citation needed ]

The Rifles released "Talking (New Version)" as a B-side to their single "The Great Escape" on 22 June 2009.

Shifty Adventures in Nookie Wood is the fifteenth solo studio album by Welsh rock musician John Cale. It was released on 1 October 2012 in Europe and 2 October in North America on the Double Six Records imprint of Domino Records. It was released as digital download, heavyweight vinyl and CD. Most of the songs were recorded by John Cale in his own studio in Los Angeles. On one track he collaborated with Danger Mouse. Perry co-wrote the song with Jacob Kasher and its producers Charlie Puth and Johan Carlsson of Carolina Liar. "Small Talk" was included on the deluxe edition of Perry's sixth studio album, Smile. The song topped the Hot Singles chart in New Zealand and peaked in the top 10 in Belgium.
