Tamares Real Estate Investments is a global, privately owned real estate investment company based in London. It is a subsidiary of Tamares Group, headed by Poju Zabludowicz.

Tamares is the largest landholder in downtown Las Vegas, owning 40% of the land. [1] Tamares acquires and operates its properties.

Today, Tamares Group holds a $3 billion portfolio. Its real estate holdings encompass 2.3 million square feet of office space. [2]

It currently has 995 rooms and suites, a 80,000-square-foot (7,400 m2) casino and more than 25,000 square feet (2,300 m2) of event space. The Plaza also features a showroom, a rooftop swimming pool, fitness center, bingo room, multiple dining outlets, a sports book, and Oscar's steakhouse that is named after the former Mayor of Las Vegas, Oscar Goodman.

Gold Spike is a bar, lounge, residential building, and former boutique 112-room, seven floor hotel. It is connected with the Oasis at the Gold Spike, a 50-room three floor hotel located in downtown Las Vegas. It was owned by entrepreneur Tony Hsieh and his Downtown Project, having bought it from The Siegel Group; and the casino was operated by Golden Gaming.

The Platinum is a 17-story, 255-unit condo hotel located at 211 East Flamingo Road in Paradise, Nevada, east of the Las Vegas Strip. The project was approved in 2003, and began construction in 2005, as a joint venture between Diversified Real Estate Concepts, Inc. and Marcus Hotels and Resorts. The project was topped out in December 2005, and was opened in October 2006. In 2009, buyers filed lawsuits against Marcus for various allegations; the last of the lawsuits were settled in March 2013.

It was formed in 2017 as a spin-off from Caesars Entertainment Corporation as part of its bankruptcy reorganization.
