The Tampa Bay Hawks are a team in the North American Basketball League (NABL) in Tampa, Florida.
Tampa Bay Sharks, the club started operations by winning the championship in the Bay Pro-Am tournament. That year, the team traveled to Argentina and Mexico where, for the first time, some of our best players were signed by international clubs [1]
In 2011, we changed the name to Tampa Bay Rebels and co-founded the Florida Basketball Association. The newly formed Tampa Bay Rebels won the 2012 FBA Championship and reached the finals for three consecutive years. The inaugural season of 2012 was played with four teams. Tampa Bay Rebels defeated Heartland Prowl to win the first FBA championship. The Rebels (10-2) and Prowl (9-3) dominated league play in 2013 and met in the championship game once again. Heartland Prowl avenged their first season loss by defeating Tampa Bay 111-109. Prowl forward Arnold Lewis was named FBA Finals MVP, scoring 27 points. [2] [3]
On December 3, 2017, it was announced that the team would be joining the NABL for the upcoming 2018 season. [4] On February 6, 2018, the Hawks named Florida College as their arena. [5]
The Montgomery Biscuits are a Minor League Baseball team based in Montgomery, Alabama. They are the Double-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays and play in the Double-A South. The team was founded in Orlando, Florida, in 1973 as the Orlando Twins, an affiliate of the Minnesota Twins in the Southern League. After remaining in the Minnesota minor league organization for 20 seasons, the team became an affiliate of the Chicago Cubs for four seasons and then the Seattle Mariners for one. In 1999, the team became an affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays, and they have remained in the organization ever since. They became members of the Double-A South in 2021.

The Tampa Bay Krewe, or Krewe Rugby, are a rugby union team based in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. They are members of the Florida Rugby Union, the organizational body for rugby union in Florida, and Division II side in USA Rugby, plus a youth side and a social side. Krewe Rugby was founded in 1991 by ten Tampa Bay area professionals who had previously been members of different novice to semi-professional level rugby union teams. The Krewe plays other Division- II Rugby Clubs from cities across Florida, including Jacksonville, Orlando, Naples, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami.

The Tampa Bay Rowdies are an American professional soccer team based in St. Petersburg, Florida. The club was founded in 2008 and first took the pitch in 2010. Since 2017, the Rowdies have been members of the USL Championship in the second tier of the American soccer pyramid. They formerly played in USSF Division 2 and the North American Soccer League (NASL), which were also second-tier leagues. The Rowdies play their home games at Al Lang Stadium on St. Petersburg's downtown waterfront.

Matthew J. Gilroy is an American professional ice hockey defenseman currently playing for the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers of the National League (NL). Formerly, he played in National Hockey League (NHL) with the New York Rangers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Ottawa Senators and the Florida Panthers. He played NCAA hockey with Boston University of the Hockey East conference. Gilroy is a Hobey Baker Award winner and NCAA champion with the Terriers in his senior year; he is also a three-time All-American.
