Taste of Kerala is a popular cookery show which airs on Amrita TV. It is hosted by Raj Kalesh Later Replaced By Serah and then in late 2011 was replaced by Amrita TV Vanitharathnam Contestant Reena Basheer . The show is primarily based upon Cuisine of Kerala.

It shows the preparation of ancient traditional regional dishes which have been passed over generations. The host visits mainly villages of Kerala to find age old secret recipes. It is mostly shot at Kerala and occasionally Dubai. The show has been on air since 2005 and has completed over 100 episodes.

The show airs every Sunday at 12.30 pm IST. In UAE, it airs at 11 am. The show was Well accepted by Malayali Audience.

The Phantom Gourmet is a food-related television program featuring profiles of New England area restaurants. The show airs on WSBK-TV in Boston, Massachusetts, WNAC-DT2 in Providence, Rhode Island, and WPXT in Portland, Maine each Saturday and Sunday morning, with an hour episode composed of older clips followed by an hour-long episode. While the original format featured reviews by the "Phantom Critic" and numerical ratings of the restaurants, the reviews and numerical ratings have been discontinued. The show continues to feature local restaurants but focuses on describing dishes and profiling chefs and owners. It is the first television presentation by Mohanlal, hosted alongside Meera Nandan. The show premiered on Amrita TV on 18 August 2017, it telecast every Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 PM IST.

Kadhayallithu Jeevitham is an Indian Malayalam-language arbitration-based reality court show adjudicating real-life family disputes. Ran from 2010 to 2020, it aired on Amrita TV on weekdays. Actress and psychologist Vidhubala hosted the show. Vidhubala invites aggrieved families to put forth their disputes and concerns and helps settle the matters to the satisfaction of both the parties. It is adapted from the Tamil show Solvathellam Unmai by Lakshmy Ramakrishnan.
