Tay Peng Hian FRPSL is a Singaporean philatelist who was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1996. He is a fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society London. Tay is a specialist in the philately of Burma and the Straits Settlements. [1]

Álvaro Bonilla Lara

Álvaro Bonilla Lara won the Lichtenstein Medal in 1965. He was a lawyer by profession. Bonilla Lara was a member of the Society of Costa Rica Collectors and an expert on the revenue stamps of Costa Rica. In 1998, his History of the Revenue Stamps of Costa Rica (1870-1970) was updated by Héctor R. Mena and Oscar C. Rohrmoser as the Costa Rica Revenue Stamp Catalogue (ISBN 0964524767).

Alma Lee British philatelist

Hedwige Alma Lee FRPSL RDP was a Swiss-born naturalised British philatelist who specialised in the stamps of Switzerland and in topical collecting. She won large gold medals for her displays at Naba 1984, Stockholmia 1986, Hafnia 1987 and Finlandia 1988 and her collection was exhibited in the Court of Honour at PhilexFrance 1989 and New Zealand 1990. She signed the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1991 and later became the only non-resident member of the Consilium Philateliae Helveticae. The Royal Philatelic Society London award the Lee Medal in memory of Alma and her husband Ron.

Arthur D. Ferguson

Arthur D. Ferguson FRMS was a banker with the British Guiana Bank and a philatelist who signed the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1923. Ferguson was an expert in the stamps of British Guiana about which he wrote in The British Guiana Philatelic Journal. He was the founder (1903) and Secretary of the British Guiana Philatelic Society.

William Reeve Rundell, sometimes Reeves, was an Australian postal officer.

Winifred Ethel Penn-Gaskell was a British philatelist who in 1938 was the first woman to be added to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists. She was a specialist in aerophilately, and the philately of the Peru-Chile war. Penn-Gaskell was president of the Aero-Philatelic Club, London, and her collection of airmail and associated material was bequeathed to the Science Museum, South Kensington.

Pieter Korteweg was a Dutch philatelist who was added to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1962.

Bernard A. Hennig was an American philatelist based in Chicago, who acted as chairman of the 1986 Ameripex international exhibition, held in the Chicago area. His main collecting area was Danzig, including proofs, essays and covers, as well as the stamps of Guatemala. He was added to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1982. He was inducted into the American Philatelic Society Hall of Fame in 2015.

Yoon-Hong Kahn FRPSL is a Korean philatelist who was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1996, the first Korean to be so honoured. He is also the first to receive a gold medal at an international stamp exhibition for a display of Korean material. He is a fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society London. Kahn is a specialist in the philately of Korea, Japan and China.
